Yuppp. ALSO just to be clear to anyone that reads this trolling/abuse IS a violation of the ToS so this guy was completely wrong. Even if mods dont do anything about it having reports on your file can eventually get you banned if you compile enough or keep you from becoming a MODERATOR.
