May I ask why you are making a rin kagamine costume?
I can kinda do the makeup. I've never tried to do rin but I'll try to learn and teach you. I guess....
This is actually my first cosplay, and I thought she would be one of the easy but challenging characters. ^__^
lol. Try making a Luka costume. You won't believe how many things I had to spray paint gold.
Okay. For the sailor torso, You will need yellow fabric paint, alot of white cloth, and some black cloth. But I think you got that much covered, right? but to get a basic idea of her shirt, look for Sailor Moon patterns. All you need to do afterwards, but the bow thing on it. The shorts are easy. Do you have that part covered? Its the only thing you didn't list when you started this topic.
As for the makeup, I still haven't worked on it yet. =_= Sorry. I was superly tired yesterday.
