The kage of the village hidden in the hell fire walks through the deserted academy and just sighs at the signs that this village is falling apart. Indeed it seems as if most of the people that were to be the higher ranks have defected from this village the only one that seems to have stayed is that man named Raistlyn Meronan. Though his cousin might still be around and so it would not do to keep him out of the thoughts. The Kage and Raistlyn do not always see eye to eye as it were and for the most part the Kage hates Raistlyn. The only reason that the Kage wont make a move against Raistlyn is due to his ability to get results in missions that he takes for the sake of the village. The kage looks over at the other two people that are walking with him at this current juncture and nods his head once. "Send the summons to get everyone here. We need to have a Village meeting. And yes this does include Raistlyn." Says Satyre his voice dripping with disgust at the mention of the name of him who he hates. Almost as if this will leave a bad taste in his mouth.
The kage walks over to the giant amphitheater and sits down in the center of it. This structure has been here for a long long while and was one of the corner stones of the village a long time past. It was where all of the members of the village had come to try to make a difference and to help the work of this village by every so often having meetings like the one the kage was about to have. After a few moments the two ninja that had left the kage there return with news that they have sent the summons to everyone that they could find though at the Meronan Manor there was no one there save for the giant of a man.

Inagawa appears in the room in a small cloud of smoke on a nee and hand with his head drooped low in respect for his kage.

Mizuki appears from a mist of blood which suddenly appeared in the area. She stepped forward and bowed slightly before placing her arms folded under her breasts. She was absent from the village for a long time for special reasons, but it looked like she returned in time for the special meeting.

Out of the corner far from where the Kage sits at the top of the area where people would walk down to crowd around the Kage a burst of black flame shoots out of the ground and out of it walks a man in a red kimono. The flames shoot back into the ground and is gone as if nothing has even happened. The man looks out and watches the on goings with a sort of bemused look on his face which is visible, the mans blue kitsune mask on the top of his head He starts to walk down towards the kage his face a mask of pure neutrality. Behind him another shoot of flame, this time green, shoots out of the ground and where it was when it subsides is a mountain of a man named Kibori. This is Rai's right hand man and his personal body guard. Kibori has a huge sword strapped to his back and it seems to be made all of wood wearing a green robe and kimono on him. The kimono which is usually worn loose on most people seems to be made extra large and still is stretched over his body tightly.
Rai walks down followed by Kibori at such a distance that if anything were to happen he could grab Rai and shield him with his own body. When the two of them gets down to the bottom close to where the Kage sat Rai just sits down and looks straight ahead He does not give any bow or anything as a sign of respect towards the kage of the village instead he just seem indifferent of him. Rai on the other hand gives a small nod towards Mizuki showing her the respect due to her. Kibori stands a few steps away from Rai his eyes moving around the area keeping an eye out for any danger to his master.

A huge mirror shaped pink gem shoots up from behind the Kage and out steps Lavin looking perfectly fine as if there had never been an absence between her being here and not. On her outfit which was black were small gems that seemed to be made of different colors and in her ears were two rubes. She stood to the side of the Kage and sat down in a chair next to him as she looked around to them all that had gathered there as well. She looks at the Kage and just beams the light bouncing off of her and the gems that she had bathing the Kage in different colors. Then she notices that the Meronan clan was also being represented here as well by Raistlyn.

Satyre seems to cheer up at the sight of his old comrade Lavin but is still upset by the entrance of the Meronan clan member and leader of that clan. As such electricty seems to run through his entire body as he looks on he notices that only a few others have shown up and is quite upset that he will have to tell them some bad news so soon after calling them. It is also noticed that there is a main family missing from the on goings here and that is part of what Satyre has to talk to people about. He is most upset that Castros will not be joining them but knows why as well as he knows that Lavin also knows why. He looks around his grey eyes looking over everyone as if a storm was about to rage at the sea. He looks and smiles as he sees so many familiar faces but still is wondering where everyone else is. "I think that we should give others some more time to show up to join us as well dont you think so my friends?" The Kage says trying to start some light banter to lighten the mood of what he will have to say later.

Upon the Kages light banter Rai just shrugs his shoulders but sits up a little straighter. If the Kage is trying to put people at ease now then it would seem that the news and purpose of this meeting will not be an easy one to swallow. Rai looks over at Kibori who nods once and then settles back into his position a few feet away. They both were ready in case something were to happen but they were unsure what to expect. All they knew was that it seemed odd that the last clan leader of the top three was absent from this meeting. There was only two reasons that Rai could think that the two of them would be here without the third and neither of the reasons was what Rai would call a happy thought. One was that he was laying in wait to take out one of the people gathered here and the other was that he himself had been taken out of the picture. While Rai had never really like Castros he had never had a real problem with him either so news of his death would not be a happy occasion to Rai.
Kibori walks over and sits down on the path of the stairs by where Rai was sitting his massive frame blocking all but a small path to get around him. Which was impressive as there was only about two feet to walk on the side of the big man that Rai was not on. Which was saying much as the stair ways down toward the Kage was six feet across.

An odd slithering noise followed Illovae as she walked, her armour of thorns and vines producing the slight noise as the components rubbed against each other. After her last interaction with ninjas of the Hellfire Village, wherein virtually everyone had attempted to make an entrance more dramatic than the previous individual, Illovae had decided to participate in their little game, appearing to the others in her third Kekkai Genkai form, Dornenzorn, her most versatile combat form. Thorns covered her entire body, long jagged thorns protecting the joints and hardened vines twisting around the limbs and torso. Her face and most of her head were covered by a foreboding helmet, with thorns rising from the top to look like a crown and small gaps for her dark gray hair to spill out at the back. In addition to the armour, there were wings present on her back, large spiked tendrils making up the basic frame with thinner vines creating the webbing between them. With her taloned feet leaving indentations in the earth, and the long viney tail digging furrows into the earth, Illovae didn't bother to make a stealthy approach, instead using her sensory skills to judge the chakra strength and capacity of those around her, sighing before she shrugged and nodded to Rai, the only individual present who she knew.
With her viney armour covering her body completely, Illovae's pale skin was hidden from sight, only her gray hair and silvery eyes visible in the third form. Suddenly, the quiet slithering was replaced by loud footsteps, the hardened vines covering her feet hitting hard against the stone flooring of the amphitheater. As she got closer to the main group, another individual appeared, stepping out from a giant gemstone, seeming to have some affinity with gems from the way she was dressed. When she was close enough to the group, Illovae stopped walking, preferring to stand off to the side and a little bit away from the others. As she waited for things to get underway, Illovae scanned the area, the gleam of her silver eyes barely visible beneath the shadows created by her helmet.

Mizuki nodded in response to Rai, but she was pretty much neutral when it came between the Kage and Rai. The only thing she disliked was the last person who came in. Her way trying to "Show off" annoyed her. In an almost ironic yet mocking way Crusin Miegoji appeared at her side creating a solid form of blood in a shape similiar to a bench in mid-air and bowed to Mizuki. She only stared at the Kage as she sat down on it. She licked the tips of the steel spikes sticking out of her wrists as a small amount of blood teased her taste buds. She had a slight addiction to the taste of blood.

Lavin looks over the entire area and smiles at them all one at a time. As she looks at the Kage she looks at him and smiles and then decides to speak up. "I think that is a wonderful idea Satyre." She says as she looks over and then watches as the newest member shows up. She seems a bit apprehensive as the vine covered ninja enters the area and moves a bit closer to the Kage.

Rai motions for Mizuki and her friend to join him and Kibori along with Illovae if they wished. Rai then looks over at the weapons master of this academy and called out to him to join the small gathering. Rai looks to Kibori and leans over to whisper something in the big mans ear. After Rai whispers and sits back up Kibori pulls a small book out of his kimono and opens it looking through it for something in specific. After flipping a few pages He hands the book to Rai who looks down to read the section. He hands the book Back to Kibori as it vanishes inside of the mans Kimono.

Mizuki walked over to Rai accepting his invitation. Crusin Miegoji undid his floating solidifed blood seat and walked over. This time Mizuki however moved her hand towards Crusin giving the signal that she didn't want his bench. Mizuki pushed her large black cloak she was wearing away so she could kneel down and sit down near Rai. She prefered to lay down. It gave off a slave like look, but she didn't care. She just kept licking the spike on her wrists. She wanted to know if any of the things the Kage was gonna say was important.

Rai looks over at his friend and fellow ANBU captain with a small grin and then inclined his head as if something was bothering him then he turned and looked over at the Kage. He knew that the Kage did not like him for some reason though Rai cared not to find out the reason though the Kage did offer some intrigue to Rai. Rai looked back towards Mizuki. "So who is your friend?" Rai says as she kneels near him. He also relaxes near her knowing full well that she would kill him if he got in her way and it was to her best interest and that knowledge made Rai feel comfortable around her as she had always been upfront with him and that honesty was something that he so admired in her. Rai looks at her and just stares at her for a minute then asks her something else. "What do you think that Kage Stormkill wants to talk about with all of us?" Rai asks waiting to here what her idea on the subject is. "And why do you think that Castros is not here with those two?" Rai asks calmly as he pulls out a pack of cigarettes and lights one for himself then offers her one.

Mizuki returned the stare as Crusin sat down near her. "Hes the Medicine shop man. The best healer of my clan." She idly moved her wrists fliping them outward then inward. She kept staring at her wrists while she spoke to him. "I have no clue. I just barely got back from a long trip and a lot of assassinations. I'm pretty much clueless at this point." She looked up at him to answer the last question. "I can not say. I truly do not know." It annoyed Mizuki that she wasn't informed, but things like this happened when you where gone for a long time.

Rai looks at her and sighs lightly. "I have no clue either about what is going on here with this meeting but one could guess that the absence of Castros will at the very least be mentioned by these two". Rai says calmly as he looks onward waiting to find out what is going to happen He stays very still for some time but then turns back to Mizuki and looks calmly. "I myself was away dealing with another engagement that could have went better. I was on a recruitment drive so to speak. Though every one that i dealt with all wanted to try to take me on or were unworthy of knowing about this village and its secrets. After all many things have happened in this world and one can hear many things. I have heard some talk about a new organization is under way to try to take over everything."
