he landed turning into tsukune but for some reason his personality wouldnt change "what is happening to me"he said his eyes still bleeding.

Rei sat on a rooftop, reading a book and drinking Tea. He looked down below at Various humans, knowing that they couldn't see him. "Hmm? Peculiar..." Rei said, drawing a Seal on a blank piece of paper. He then ripped it out, tossed it into the air, and it suddenly changed into a bird. The bird swooped down and pooped on someone. Rei laughed, "Reading Fate isn't good enough, watching it is so much funnier.." He took a drink of his Tea. "I wonder if this is a popular area for students..." Rei said, looking around for a familiar face.

That's unfortunate..." Rei said, he quickly drew seal on a paper, tore it out and threw it into the air. it floated down into the street, where it turned into a puddle of water. A man walked through it and slipped, falling and breaking his neck. "That's fate for ya... Always random and very selective." Rei said, taking another drink. "I guess that's my last appointment for the day... That's nice." Rei said, putting his book away and sliding down the top of the roof and landing in the street. "I wonder what there is to do... Hmm? Hey, a familiar face. How's it going?"

Rei said, extending his wrist to show a large mark on it. "Without this off, I'm nothing but an Angel of Fate. I guess I'm envious of your ability to talk with them, even your ability to be seen by them. But, I guess it wouldn't be worth waiting for if I didn't have this thing on, Right?" Rei said, trying to laugh. But was interrupted by someone walking through him. "Gah... That stuff makes me mad..."
