I think she was wondering why a woman who looks like a hooker and a guy who looks like a mechanic would decide to eat here." She said with a teasing smile. She looked at the menu and scowled when she saw that they didn't have lemonade here. She whispered, "Okay these ignorant fools can have milk on the menu but no Lemonade. That's horrible."

I think I will get some coffee then. I can always substitute." She blushed when he said she didn't look like a hooker. Of course she did but it made her feel better. For the first time in her life she didn't like what she was wearing.
