A little background info on the story:
In the year 2018, there is one special laboratory that is studying reflexes and how to implant them into humans. But most of the scientist dont know one of them is evil and will murder the other ones to take the reflexes all for himself. Later, a group of high schoolers went and snuck into the lab and started messing around with things, ultimately sending a radioactive wave and infecting a fourth of the population with the advanced reflexes.
Rules:
1. No Godmoding (I think thats like no overpowering right?)
2. No killing others off unless they agree to it
3. You cant make them too strong like being a black belt, and army person, and navy person, keep it to one thing.
4. You can have one or two extra items that the character uses in fights.
5. I cant think of any more, just go with ones that are like obvious that most people use. (Like no god moding etc)

Appearance: You can either describe well to get a picture in the persons mind or get a picture.
You can choose to be either normal person that intervenes in the story, or a person with the reflexes, or the scientist. The scientist is reserved for someone who 3-4 or more people agree should be that person since hes sort of like a main villain.

Any special things about them: Is able to pick up on things fast and is able to use his reflexes well to his advantage combining it with his weapons.
Age of character: 19
Gender of character: Male
Likes/Dislikes(optional):
Experience (fighting): Black belt in karate
Appearance: Light skinned, rough blonde hair, wears casual clothes that change each day, usually wears baggy blue jeans and a jet black jacket. Also wearing sneakers and a white T-shirt under his jacket.
Is one of the people with the reflexes.

Atleast 6 people need to join for the story to start, if a main character is not being played, like the scientist (main villain). And you should know you can be one of the other scientist and choose which side your on.
