I use gimp 2.6, does anybody else use it? I may need someone who is experienced with it to help me out. I stopped using gimp for a while, now I can't figure out how to use it to save my life!

I use it. I'm kind of new to it, but I know the basics.

Pornographic Circus I'm not sure how to get a outline on any text or on anything in that matter. to outline anything, you right-click on it`s layer, then hit alpha to selection. make a new layer under what you`re outlining. switch to the paint bucket tool, and have your colour ready. then go to select > grow. put your specified pixel growth, then hit OK. (people usually put 1-4.) then click on your blank layer, and ta - daaaaaaaa ~ you have a border!
