There must be an antagonist to everystory. Here is Team Inferno. They are a criminal organization bent upon controlling the pokemon world. Try and stop them or join them your choice. THE REGISTRATION PAPER!

Bio: She always liked experimenting. However, her research was cut short by the Pokemon Rights Act. She then joined the team so she could help them fine new ways of stealing Pokemon.
Personality: Nikhil can have many different personalities. All the way from happy and kind to mean and rude. No one but her knows what her real personality is.

Name: Barbara Picture:  Bio: Barbara was raised by her parents, whom both were members of Team Inferno. At first, she had no interest in joining the group, since she wanted to be a pokemon trainer. But her parents strictly refused. Instead, they bribed her with a Pokemon egg, saying that whatever would hatch would be her starter pokemon only if she joined the group. Afterwards, she could leave if she still didn't want to be in after the training. Agreeing, she met her bagon whom she nicknamed Tainted, and participated in Team Inferno's missions and training. Personality: An air of arrogance surrounds the young teenager. She is highly proud of both her stealing/tricking skills and of her bagon, Tainted. She is considered aloof, cruel and odd. She is sarcastic and dry, and hardly ever shows much mercy unless she feels like it. Why they joined: Her parents bribed her with a bagon, and she slowly grew interested in the group. Picture: It's ginormous... Bio: He's never really felt loved as a kid, by either one of his parents. Sure, they were alive but it sure didn't stop them from neglecting and/or just flat-out abusing him. Because of this, he tried to avoid his family as often as possible.
When he first arrived to Violet City, he felt even lonelier than before; no one would talk to him and sometimes he was even picked on by bullies.
That was the first two days of being there. On the third, he was befriended by the shy, usually quiet Therese and the loud, outgoing Vivian. The three of them became fast friends, telling each other everything they needed to know about each other.
The bullies didn't stop picking on him, though. Therese stood up for him, but it did little to faze them, even making her another target. Maurice and Vivian together went to the harassers and beat them to a bloody pulp. He was shocked at Vivian's brutality - she gave them every cruel punishment she could think, from kicking their groins to pulling their arms back as a surefire way to break their bones. After that, they haven't even dared to go near any of them since.
The more time he had spent around Vivian, the more he realized his feelings for her. He loved both of the girls, though differently. Therese was his sister, and Vivian... he just loved her, without an explanation.
A long story short, he decided to confess to her, she turned him down. Tried again, same result. Tried yet again, same as before. Eventually, he decided to take a knife and threaten her to submission. It didn't work, but boy did it scar her. It's a secret only they know about; not even Therese knows about this incident.
Despite this, they all get along just fine. He apologized, and Vivian has forgiven him... but doesn't trust him like she used to.
Personality: He has many, many personalities - one very nice friendly one, a very obsessive and compulsive one, a serious and mistrusting one, etc... he's not exactly mentally healthy, so his personality is very inconsistent.
In general, he's a very lively, light-hearted person who just loves to have fun around his friends. Even in dim situations, he's very resilient. And easily distracted. He tries to do his job, but usually fails for that reason. It's sometimes baffling as to why he was recruited, but whenever he's serious, he's powerful, merciless and cruel even to his friends.
Why they joined: Vengeance for his formerly abused Tyrogue, and some other ulterior motives...

Bio: A man who's history is known as the object he researches. Not much is known about Lyon besides that he is a well educated man with a extreme amount of knowledge in various fields but, had devoted his research to an objects known as moon crystals, a crystal that can channel energies of the world.
A few months after joining team inferno rumors started spreading by the lower grunts that Lyon has a son and constantly joke about it how little he knows about raising kids but knows everything else
Personality: Not a noble man by nature he is quiet and conniving. Dose work extremely well with others of team inferno but typically works on his own agenda with a few subordinates working under him.
Why they joined: To use the resources of Team Inferno to further his research in exchange for his broad amount of knowledge.
Pokemon: Scyther Lvl 15
Bag: Odd assortment of portable tools and miscellaneous things.

Bio: A veteran Team Inferno member with a history of having bad luck and getting the short end of the stick. A 18 year old who joined inferno at a extremely young age out of desperation. Parents are avid Inferno members but work in a different region. Assigned to work under Lyon in the Johoto move
Personality: Calm, upbeat, and resilient despite running in to so many problems. Rather nice compared to Inferno's standard almost has a moral code.
Why they joined: Chronic fire at the age of 12 caused him to lose his home and Team Inferno offered shelter.
Pokemon: Sandshrew (Lvl 12) Jigglypuff (lvl 5) (Only used for special cases and is the only one who can keep it under control although even he has trouble some times...(Gag material))
Bag: Most average things... and Sharpies.
