Hello to all new members welcome to GTC! Well this will be the place where you can fill out job applications and read up about the different perks that go along with it.
Let me start of by saying there are 5 possible positions you could have and each has its own level or reward and power within the guild.
The first being the role of Crew member:
A crew member has the ability to post new threads and to initiate contests, games, activities, and inspect art shops. Some other minimum requirements for crew is that you must post at least twice a week even if its jump a bump thread. A Crew will earn a salary of 500 gold per month if duties are fulfilled accordingly.

The second role on the list is the Secretary:
Officially the Secretary will have all powers of a Crew member but must also accept the responsibility of distributing the funds for building new threads. Additionally the Secretary will have the responsibility of sending out Guild Announcements. Secretary's earn 1,000 gold per month if duties are fulfilled accordingly.
The third role will be that of Maintenance:
The Maintenance crew will be somewhat of a Janitor on roids because they will have the duty of patrolling all threads and making sure that rules are followed! No mercy will be given to repeat offenders. The M-Crew will have the ability to delete any members but must first submit them for judgement to either the President or the VP. Additionally Maintenance will have the ability to mark any posts that are place in the wrong area. Maintenance receive pay every two months in the amount of 3,000 gold and receive an annual monthly collectable item for X-mas.
FULL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
The fourth role will be that of Director of Entertainment:
It will be the DE's job to oversee all the fun activities of the guild and essentially to keep it alive and kicking! This is my opinion is one the most important and highest ranked jobs in this guild because it holds such importance. The DE will have the title of VP but will not have all powers associated. The DE will have slightly less control than an actual VP but will have more power than any other Crew Member. The DE receives an annual payment of 100,000 gold that would be 8,333k a month if you chose that option as well as the annual Monthy Collectable.

The fifth and final role is most important the Vice President:
Whilst the title is fairly self exclamatory, I will still explain. VP's have almost all the rights available to any member and then some but they also get one of the best perks. A VP will have the ability to run this guild in my stead changing whatever they see fit for it's betterment. VP's receive an annual payment of 1 cash shop item for at the most 999 Gaia Cash. And will also receive a month collectable and 50,000 gold annually.

Years of Experience and Past Jobs: 0 years. However, I did just become the Vice President of another guild. It is simply an Otaku forum, however I apparently displayed great aptitude and the ability to take on such a role. I like to be organized. I have, however held several real jobs.
Why Should I Pick You?: I'm quite easy to get along with and will do my best to serve what ever needs the guild may have.
Give a time that proves you are trustworthy: My very good friend for around 10 years was kicked out of his house, and I took him in and he stayed for about a year. I never ate any of his food.
Your Motto: "Try not. Do."
What do you plan to do when and if you get this job?: Whatever is requested, and I shall do so to the best of my ability.
How many posts do you have daily?: Quite a few I suppose.
Do you have any hobby's?: I write, I role-play, but I'm usually playing music. I've played a few live shows, and it's truthfully nothing to brag about.
How much time are you willing to spend on this guild?: As much time as I need to.
What would you do for a Klondike bar?: (Just Kidding) Would you?
Tell me a bit about yourself: I'm a college student, and I'm planning on becoming either a writer, or a computer repairman. I'm also considering video game graphics. I believe that it is always good to have multiple windows open for your future.
I enjoy anything that is within the realm of art. But of course, I'm on Gaia. You probably could have guessed this much.
I enjoy spending large amounts of time, talking to people and helping them in what ever way I can.

Years of Experience and Past Jobs: I was a VP of my x-bf guild. It died though because we had all pretty much stopped going on gaia a few years back. (that won't happen again any time soon)
Why Should I Pick You?: I'm fun like to talk to people. I'm good about following rules so I expect others to do the same. I'll try really hard to use my good judgement on people and give them warnings before I send them to the President/ vice president.

Tell me a bit about yourself: Well I had already mention I like to talk and I can be fun. I draw, even though I haven't in a while and I'm rough at it. I watch a lot of anime's, read a lot of books watch a lot of movies/TV and I play a lot of games. I'll try to be a big help to anyone who needs it. I have a dog named Baby. I can't tan to save my life. lol

I hope you don't mind but i've expanded on your crew application to better explain my main interest in being part of the guild =] Crew Application- Guild artist Username: writes in white Years of Experience: i don't have any experience in managing a guild though i do try to enforce rules when see them being broken. How Long Have You Been Drawing/Making Art?: Ever since i can remember i've been coloring and drawing. But i got into anime in middle school and ever since, i've been trying to master the art of cartoon and manga style drawing. Do You Have Any Samples?: Yes i do! i mostly work on Photoshop with a bamboo tablet (which works amazingly by the way for such a cheap tablet) x x I can also make GIFs. this was my first try at a running figure x x xWhy Should I Pick You?: I am very social as well as i'm on gaia a lot lately. I'd like to learn more about the people that take part in posting, as well as improving the enjoyment of the guild. I'm also one to take initiative to do things i want to get done, not wait for someone to do it for me. (if you want something done right, do it yourself kinda thing) Your Motto: If i'm being mean to you, then you're doing something stupid. (i know it sounds mean but really as long as people use their heads i'm quite a nice person) What do you plan to do when and if you get this job?: I plan to enforce the ToS as well as any and all additional rules this guild has. I would also like to help develop ideas to better the guild in the future. Also drawing art for the guild and main crew free of charge (though donations would be most appreciated but not necessary) is also in my plans if i were to get a position. It would help expand my experience and give the guild free original art! And even if i weren't to get a position, i will encourage others to broaden their minds and horizons, and make positive contributions to the guild. because a guild is a commumity. and a community works together for harmony and growth. I'll stop being a hallmark greeting card now. I think i've made my point
