Hey ya'll I'm Wolfe Garm Commander/Quartermaster with the newly Formed 1st Eye of Terror Expeditionary Strike Force and we're seeking out new and experienced imperial Guard Players to join our group. Mind you this groups sole purpose is for the tabletop, where we all pool our knowledge together to become a strong fighting force and one capable of taking on the Grand tournament the skull of thrones Competition. we have an Induction Office set up here on gaia for those who would like to be apart of the group. when enough of us are together we have plans to start discussions on Guard list for Both in the tournament and out of the tournament, and build lists together as one unit. if you are one such guard player who would like to participate in those talks and have knowledge that may give insight to lists that may or may not work come on down to the Induction Office and sign on today. Wait what are you? Marine or Guardsmen? Well either way a BS of 4 means you hit on 3s. And Toughness doesnt matter until we roll for damage. But plasma pistols only get 1 shot in 5th edition

notmuch_23 I don't do tournaments; I'm not nearly good enough, and especially not GW or the big ones... ...oh, by the way, TANK SHOCK!aren't we all. the whole point of this group is to get you up to the spec to where you'll be able to achieve the Grand Tournaments. not me or the other officer within the induction Office is up to spec for Grand tournaments, we both know that. but what we want to do is make Guard Lists that work then put them to the test if they haven't already been tested out and then work out the bugs and prep that list for a massive war. our goal is by the time we've put all our knowledge, experience and so on together and we all come up with lists that we all can use we'll be able to achieve something in the Grand Tournament. but ultimately we just want to have some fun Imperial Guard style. @Lelliana: ugh i must have been extremely tired for me to have done that redface

Its all good, it happens from time to time. now lets just hope that plasma pistol roles a one because the blood god did not see fit to give me an invulnerable save.

oh come on now this is the Guard your talking about, the only people as of 5th ed Codex that have ws5 are unique Characters and a Lord Commissar.
