Emerson Watts is your typical tomboy, she plays video games, and rejects makeup, and fashion magazines. Nicki Howard is hot a model and knows it, she is the role model for many girls, except for Emerson Watts. So when Emerson accompanies her younger sister, another wannabe Nicki Howard, to the grand opening of SoHo Stark Megastore an accident occurs that entwines her life with Nicki's in ways she would never expect.

I thought this book was so interesting. Granted, I only read the first of the series. I was so confused when I first read it because it's a couple of chapters before they reveal what happened after the accident, but once I got it, I thought it was really cool.
I don't know if something like this could happen in real life. Is science that progressive yet? lol
