The Potions room is deep in the Dungeons of the castle. It has an array of items used for potions class. You can often find Professor Slughorn in here as well as students who come down here for classes. If you're looking for something to brew a potion with you better be careful about stealing items...theres all kinds of little spells on the cabinets and storeroom.
