You can box and wrestle here. Its not exclusive to men, the girls can box and practice here. The ones who can fully shift occasionally have combat here.

A beautiful smile to hide the painElora scanned her surroundings, thinking. Absently nibbling on her lower lip, she leaned against the wall of the gym and stared at the set of equipment. She blew a strand of hair from her face instinctively as she curled her hands into fists. Satisfied at the pops and cracks, she headed towards the equipment, ready to begin her own individual training. It might have appeared to go unnoticed

Landon sent different punch combinations into the empty air in front of him. Sweat ran down his face in drops, dripping off his chin and onto the padded flooring of the rink. If trying to please his dad taught him anything, it was to take out anger in what was considered a 'manly' way.
Sending me off like that, acting like I'm not their son, I'm still the same person they raised...
The insides of his gloves became to moist to his liking and he decided to call it a work out. He slipped under the ropes and grabbed his towel. He wiped himself down and drank from his water bottle. He grabbed his shirt off the bench and started to walk towards the exit, intended on making his way to his bedroom.

Deserae walked into the room, relieved to finally have found a room where she could let off some steam. She grinned wildly, tying rags around both of her fists, and surveyed the occupants of the room. She noticed a boy in the corner and approached him. "Anyone up for a fight?" She smiled, exactly what she needed-- a mutual punching bag.

"All right, Kanna, lets see what yah got." Deserae replies to the girl. Deserae hops up onto the fighting mat easily and looks down at kanna, who has tied cloth over her fists. "No shifting, yah?" Deserae says to her, "I want a fair fight, all human, got it?" She crouches down into a perfect stance. Years of being pitted against her brothers-- and then when she got to good for them, her father-- made fighting a second instinct for her, and she felt comfortable for the first time coming here as she waited for Kanna to make the first move against her. She smiles at Kanna happily-- but also with ferosious grin. Fighting was her style, but she had to control herself so she didn't go too far.

"okei. no shifting. i use to fight human style" she smile. she remember one day she punch a boy's nose and broke it as the boy make fun of her bestfriend. " a clean fight ok." she fell joyful suddenlly .

Deserae threw punches to an imaginary opponent in the air, warming up, before turning back to Kanna more seriously.
Deserae shifted her feet expertly to ground herself. She threw a lazy punch with her right hand towards Kanna's stomach, testing her opponent's strength.

kanna jump a little backward to avoid the punch. she then kick her leg almost to deserea head. maybe she could make a friend in a fight

Deserae smiled. here we go, she thought happily. She grabbed Kanna's leg as it soared toward her head, twisting it and pulling Kanna toward her. Then Deserae let go of Kanna's leg and shifted her own legs so she stood taller, giving herself the advantage. She put her arms up in front of her face and upper chest defensively, bent her knees, and swiped her left leg across the floor under Kanna's unsteady feet, attempting to trip the girl.

kanna fell down as deserea swiped her leg "ouch" she quickly get up. "nice one" she smile to deserea and punch toward her stomach

Deserae smiled in thanks, watching her pick herself up.
Kanna threw her fist at Deserae-- she took the punch lightly, curving into the punch a bit to soften the impact. But she was surprised about how strong Kanna was, and the punch hurt more than she thought it would.

Deserae growled.
"Alright, then. If you insist," She jutted out her arm, aimed at Kanna's pressure point in her shoulder, while kicking out with her foot behind the girls kneecaps, attempting to make her unstable.

she quickly jump spinning back. "not this time". as she was about to kick deseare she heard her twin shouting. "kanna.. why are you came here without telling me!" 'oh crap i forget to tell him.' though her
