Anyone have a particular set of tunes they like to work out to? This is a list of tunes I have on a disk I made that I use when I do:
Beast and the Harlot, by Avenged Sevenfold Holy Diver, by Dio Vengeance is Mine, by Alice Cooper Sad But True, by Metallica Holy Wars...The Punishment Due, by Megadeth Dr. Feelgood, by Motley Crue Ace of Spades, by Motorhead I Don't Wanna Stop, by Ozzy Osbourne Youth Gone Wild, by Skid Row Slither, by Velvet Revolver Run to the Hills, by Iron Maiden Crushing Day, by Joe Satriani Stone Cold Crazy, by Queen Kill the King, by Rainbow Back in the Saddle, as covered by Sebastian Bach and Axl Rose Iron Man, by Black Sabbath
In case you couldn't tell, I love metal for when I work out. Makes me feel manly. lol Please share your playlists!

I tend to work out to the television, but I do play some random tracks sometimes. (Very random!)
Feel the Burn (Crusha) The Sonic R soundtrack Move Your Body (Eiffel 65) and random videogame battle themes
Pretty much, anything with a good pace to it. smile

Dubstep really gets me pumped up before and during a workout.
Skrillex - First of the Year Chizzle - Between a Rock and a Dubplate
Actually, most of Skrillex stuff. xD

Really depends on the workout as far as the songs.
Yoga: Sirius Spa Aerobic: 80s rock, metal, Anime/Videogame theme songs Weightlifting: 80s rock, techno
I love ALL genres of music. So, it depends on my mood and the workout. If I need motivation I will play something upbeat and catchy. If I'm anxious, I'll play something soothing. It's just a matter of balance. I'd name specific songs, but there are too many. Normally I just use the tv or download youtube videos onto my computer or play my online playlist and go with the flow.
