Welcome to Euras Creek! You heard correct - indeed it is another creek around the camp! Euras Creek happens to lead to the Big House, the courtyard, and Thalia's pine. River nymphs are usually seen doing odd things around here, but nevermind that. The creek's a perfect place to relax if you need a change of pace. This creek happens to be in the sun, but half is in the shadow - a perfect contrast. Lean against a tree, hang out near the riverbank, dip your hands in the cool water - it's all okay. You can easily get to other destinations by walking alongside the creek. A small stream of steady water flows downhill as it weaves its way through the rocks, a nice and peaceful surrounding - don't you agree?

Adele walked to the creek from her cabin, it seemed that she was naturally always walking towards water places despite her parent having a feud with the one and only Poseidon. She sighed as she sat by the bank and splashed her hands back and forth in the water, wondering if Nathaniel wanted to be able to feel it. The girl sighed as she caught a small glimpse of a river nymph before it ran off, but Adele shrugged it off, thinking over her behavior in the amphitheatre. Probably wasn't the best way to deal with things. The brunette sighed again as she ran her hand through her hair, tucking a few loose strands behind her ear as her silvery eyes stared up at the sky. She was sitting in the shadow half of the creek, feeling that it fit her much better than a cheerful person like how Nathaniel had described the daughter of Iris. Adele sighed as she closed her eyes and thinking about as she leaned back against the tree.
Of course I'm happy,
At least, in front of everyone else I am..

Adele let out yet another soft sigh, which most likely annoyed any nearby bystanders now as she opened her eyes and noticed a fiery redhead that looked oddly familiar. We really run into each other far too often.. thought the daughter of Athena as she stood up from her spot and stretched for a bit, cautious to approach him after their last meeting. I don't know if he's quite... cooled down yet.. she thought as she bit her lip, naturally people didn't take to the whole 'oh yeah your dead cousin isn't dead' type of thing very well. Apollo went too far.. I wonder if his head's alright? Nervously teetering back and forth on her feet, she ended up just swaying in the breeze awkwardly as her inner selves debated whether or not it'd be a good time to talk. Maybe he's gotten annoyed with me... like the majority of people.. Adele sighed as she twirled a strand of her hair, her gray eyes looking at the flow of the water in the creek. So now what?

Adele was pacing around and twirling a string of her hair as she heard the voice she was often acquainted with. "A-Ah!" she murmured as her expression softened and the corner of her lips seemed to curve upwards in a small smile, "How are you?" she asked as she looked from the water to the redhead. "U-Uh, how's your head?" Adele added quickly before realizing that people could take offense to the statement, "Your head.. injury! Yes, the injury of your head - how is it?" The girl let out an inwardly groan, that was terrible. Now she sounded like some weird girl who babbled too often, and according to Polly, she was accused being a romancer. As if, that's a job for the Aphrodite girls, thought Adele with a frown as she scoffed at the idea; she was definitely not a romancer despite whatever string of lies that Apollo could come up with.
Of course I'm happy,

Adele relaxed, "That's.. good," she murmured, glad to hear that Nathaniel was alright. She had begun to hum without a care in the world until Nathaniel's latest statement, "A-Ah? Nervous?" She sputtered as her gray eyes shot a look at the green eyed male curiously. Was that how it seemed? Though.. perhaps she was, but it was most likely not in her best interests to admit it. "No way," she replied, trying to keep her voice at a steady pace, so most likely it'd seem like the truth. Adele frowned, why was she nervous? That was definitely a good question that a no good sun god would be able to answer for her, though she had no high hopes in meeting such that egotistical god. The brunette continued to twirl her hair as her gaze quickly hopped from one place to another as she stared at the ground, finding great interest in a rock.

Adele's face seemed to be trying to dodge his eyes as she ended up looking up at him defiantly. "Polly didn't say anything," she quickly said, was she really that transparent? It seemed that the queen of lies just couldn't follow through with her lies around Nathaniel, what a shame - life could be so much easier. The brunette sighed, "There's no deceiving you I suppose.." she said as she began her very fast statement that was barely audible unless one had a keen sense of hearing, which she prayed that Nathaniel didn't. "Well you see... PollyjustsortofsaidthatIwasromancingyou.. nothingmuchtoworryabooutright?" Adele gave him a weak smile accompanied by a thumbs up as she finally broke away from his grasp, looking to the side with a blush. I cannot believe I just said that, thought the girl with an astounded look of surprise to herself as she bit her lip, I'm pretty sure he's not going to talk to me now.. An awkward silence surrounded them as she continued to stare at the tree now, her latest staredown victim.

Adele noted how easily Nathaniel brushed it off, I'm such a fool.. this is primary school type of worries. He's obviously so calm about it, she thought, reading Nathaniel completely wrong as she awkwardly laughed, "Yeah. The weather's nice." Short and to the point, it was probably horrible trying to converse at the moment. The daughter of Athena sat down again as she realized she had been pacing around for quite a bit. She sat a bit further from Nathaniel as she tried earlier in the cabin with the interruption of Apollo. The girl began to take an interest as she dragged her finger in the dirt, not sure what she was doing.

Adele dragged her finger through the dirt until she heard a cough and glanced up at where Nathaniel pointed. "A-Ah!" she murmured at the sight of the beautiful pegasus, "How.. lovely!" Adele couldn't help but smile as Nathaniel conversed, she never did think of him to be the horse person, but then again Poseidon did have horses under his domain as well, or at least her knowledge of Greek Mythology said such a thing. She stared for a moment before looking at Nathaniel quizzically, "When?" she asked, wondering when the male could have possibly had the time to befriend such a large friend with wings. The black claded figured seemed to get along well with Nathaniel, something that Adele never really saw. The brunette smiled as she brushed her bangs away from falling into her face and glanced up at the pegasus.
