Apollo
The god of music, prophecies, and healing.
Symbol: Lyre

The Apollo cabin is always warm, and always relaxed. It's normally bright, and some kind of music is always playing. Its colors are generally gold and red for linens and decorations, and it has beds inside.

Adele reluctantly walked to cabin #7 with Amanda, it happened to be the one right next to hers - regrettably. That was most likely Apollo's doing, him and his whole 'messing with the Athena demigods', thought Adele did figure it'd be better than having Poseidon on her tail. She gestured at the cabin, not quite wanting to enter due to her one too many encounters with the sun god, "Well - here it is! Cabin #7, filled with people!" she told Amp with a smile.

Adele shuddered quite visibly as she could practically feel the terrible aura oozing out of the cabin from that deadly annoying sun god. She let out a low 'ugh' of annoyance before giving Amp another smile. "Well - I need to go fix up a few things in my cabin, 'pologies!" she quickly clamoured before sprinting away towards her cabin that just happened to be next door.

Of course I'm happy,
At least, in front of everyone else I am..

- why am I even here? -

Kea and Kai entered the cabin. It seemed that they were the only ones that were Children of Apollo, seeing how they were the only ones that stayed in the cabin. They had learned from Chiron that their 'brother' was on a quest. I wonder if we could last talking to father. Kai signed to her sister. Kea shrugged. We might try to kill him, Kai. Or we'll be his best friends. Kai smiled, set down her violin on her bed, and sat down on her bed. He seems like a self-centered jerk, though from what we've heard. She signed.

Kea nodded at her sister. Yeah, I'm still confused on how we're related to him. Kai just shrugged. The world is full of mysteries, my twin. Kai signed. They then started to laugh. Yeah, that'd be my first question to our father if we ever meet him. 'How did our mother not punch you in the face, you self-centered jerk?' They continued to laugh, Kae loudly, Kai silently.

Shu - Jonghyun, he'd been going by - walked along the fields, ignoring the fact that satyrs, demigods, and all of them stared at him. He'd worked hard to look like the SHINee member, and if any of them knew Korean pop, they may recognize him. He arrived at Cabin 7, looking at the sky over the top of the cabin. He scoffed when his eyes couldn't meet the sun, knowing that was his father. His father, and Lee's. His father, who had obviously taken Lee into his protection and not really cared for Shu, who was nearly ready to leave this place with the knowledge of who his father was. He didn't like the Olympians, though there was no true foundation for his hatred. He especially didn't like Apollo, as if Apollo hadn't come back to his mother, there would be no Lee, and he would have had the spotlight all along.

Scoffing, the singer shifted his bag on his shoulder and pushed open the door. He noted the two girls - twins? - and just went to a bed that looked empty with nothing under it, dropping his bag on the blanket before he dropped onto it, crossing his arms over his chest.

Just how many other children did Apollo have? He would never consider any of them his siblings. Only Lee, because they had the same mother. His mind hadn't processed it before, but he realized that the girls had been laughing until his entrance. He decided that maybe he'd intruded on them, but he went about ignoring them as his eyes surveyed the cabin. He sighed internally, lying down on the bed and rolling over so his back was to the girls. No, they hadn't done anything. It wasn't like they could have controlled the circumstances of their birth. No, what annoyed him was Apollo, and only Apollo. He almost felt ill from the knowledge of how many children around the world his father must have. Where most would be happy to find brothers and sisters, Shu was just...angry.

And despite the realization that he wasn't alone, he knew that no one would take the time to think about him specifically, and so he bit his tongue and kept his mouth shut. He wondered when Lee would return from that quest he sent a letter about. He scoffed again.

Like he wanted to see the brat?

Kea and Kai saw Shu enter the cabin. They stopped laughing immediatly. Kae, what do you think? Kai signed to her sister. Kea shrugged. What that I'd punch our father if I ever met him? Or that I think our father is a self-centered jerk that only cares for himself and his "wonder" children, like our brother on a quest? And that he forgets his twin daughters? Kai frowned. I would too. But I mean, our new sibling over there. She signed.

Kea sighed.. Oh. Your not talking about our father, even if I could call him that? Kai looked at her sister, she then turned to Shu. Hi. I'm Kailani. Kai signed. Kae sighed, knowing she'd have to translate for her sister. I'm Kaeira, and my sister here, says she's Kailani. They looked at him, awaiting a reply.

The Korean sighed, back still to the girls. Only one of them was talking, seemingly to herself, until he heard one introduce herself, and then say that her twin said her name. Being Korean, he often couldn't pronounce names. "Shu. Kay-ee-ra and Khai-lah-nee?" he questioned, turning over in the bed to blink at them, knowing he probably pronounced the names wrong. He didn't see these two as sisters. Hell, he'd never seen them before in his life. "Are you staying in the cabin or just visiting? I think people just visit..." he commented. He still didn't know how everything worked. It was his second day, the first one making him an angry man. Despite his looks, he was 25, and unimportant. Especially when compared to young Lee Taeyang Chang. He huffed at that, then sat up. He was irritated, which meant he'd need to leave and walk soon.

He stared at the twins, who obviously enjoyed piercings and dying their hair, then decided to suggest a little walk. After all, he didn't really know the area, and he may have to figure it out later for an escape route back to society. He was still angry, and he disliked the thought of staying here. He wanted to go back to New York City, where he knew where he was and could dance and sing the night away with his true friends and resume shunning is mother. He'd still receive letters from Lee, but he didn't care. He just didn't care.

"I need to go on a walk. Do you want to come along? Get out of this stuffy cabin?"

Kea and Kai nodded at the pronuncation. Yeah, that's how you pronuce them. They are a little different. Our mother was Austrailian. Kai signed to Shu. She says that's correct. Oh, the reason Kai doesn't speak is cause she was born mute. Kai frowned. Thanks, Ms. Informative. She signed.

They then heard his request to a walk. They had wanted to get out of the cabin. Be near anything that associated with their father made them mad. Yeah, we would like too. Kai looked at her sister. Yeah. Kai signed, nodding. Anywhere in mind to walk too?

Shu blinked, watching her sign. It had actually been the easiest way for him to learn English. He was taught a sign in Korean, as it was universal, and was soon learning what the signs meant in English. He smiled at he was translated for, knowing that they'd probably never met someone before who could sign, too. At least no one in this camp. His thoughts were a bit iffy before he signed. I understand. I am Korean, so my name is odd too. I go by Jonghyun instead of Shu, but you can also call me Ji. It is easier. "Pronounced as Jee, of course." He sighed when he was asked about the walk, scratching the back of his head.

"I'm not sure. I just want to explore, really. I've never been here before." He opened the door and stepped outside, looking around. There were a lot of people everywhere but the treeline, so after a moment's thought, he made a beeline for the trees. He had gone to the armory earlier in the day, and in a branch before entering the cabin, he'd grabbed a quiver and some bows. The arrows, he understood, had celestial bronze arrowheads to vanquish monsters. The bow was a work of art, and he put it over one shoulder, the quiver crossing his back because of how the strap rested at his shoulder and hip. He looked at the girls. "Ready? We'll venture into the woods," he said.

He didn't want to consider them friends. No, not yet.

Kai smiled at him knowing sign language. Nice. Well nice to meet you Ji. Kai signed to Ji. Thank god someone else understands her. Kai frowned. I'm going to poke you to death. She signed.

Kae rolled her eyes. Yeah. Kai looked at her sister. Yeah. Kae grabbed her bow, and Kai grabbed her violin. Trust me, this will be handy. She smiled, and her and her sister followed Ji.

xxxxWhen the dark haired girl had woken in her cabin, alone as she had been before she fell into the realm of dreams, she felt a sudden chill fall over her. The type of chill you only get when you're alone, the type that makes you wonder if you're being watched or not. She felt uncomfortable, and after bowing quickly towards the alter in an unconscious effort to relieve the eerily obnoxious discomfort. She quickly fled the archaic structure, barely taking the time to pull on her shoes before fleeing to the barren earth surrounding her 'cabin'.

xxxxHer wispy dark hair flew out around her, dancing down to the nape of her neck and paling her already ashen skin. The woolly material of her dark, grey dress was not enough to keep her from the biting chill of the wind as she strode through the trees, and she regretted not owning a jacket to keep her warm- that was something to put on her rather short 'to-do list'. Right under ''find my godly weapon". She clenched the whip-chain in her hand tightly, striding forward timidly and looking around. Every so often she would have to stop, taking a shaky breath as a feeling of death would overcome her; forests were hard to bear because of their own natural food-chain. Walking through meant that small animals were eaten and killed often, especially with the 'extra species' which hung around such parts in the camp.

xxxxHer icy blue eyes darted around as she crept upon unfamiliar area. She had been wandering about for longer than she realized drifting in and out of the world of waking dreams. On more than one occasion she stumbled, almost kissing the ground as a root caught hold around one of her small feet and toppled her forward. Her hands were scuffed slightly from catching onto trees and branches and her lips, like the pale outer petals of a rose, parted slightly as she let steady streams of breath flow in and out of her chest. It was a calming feeling, really; meditative in an odd sort of way. Aside from the slight breaths which fell from between her lips Kathryn made no sound, with the occasional rustle of leaves or the snapping of a twig. She didn't falter though, after all she was supposedly safe in this place. Why should she be afraid?

xxxxOf course, that didn't mean she wasn't paying attention. No, every snap of wood which wasn't caused by her own slight form made her head turn sharply to the side. A few times she stopped to just listen and be sure that there was nobody following her or coming towards her. Once she was confident that she was in complete solitude she would continue forward. Soon she found herself breaking through the trees, and she was tempted to shield her eyes at the sheer brightness of the clearing.

xxxxSquinting her powder blue eyes she timorously trod forward, entering the vicinity of the golden building. For some reason she felt as though she were invading on a place she were not meant to be in, like a star of the dark, dark night which somehow shone through the bright, bright day. In this place of light the child of the underworld felt horribly misplaced. Still, an unnatural curiosity lured her forward; like a cat following the glowing red speck of a lazer pointer right into a wall, or a moth to a flame, she continued to trek forwards until she was right in front of the door which led into the magnificent building.

xxxx Tapping a diminutive hand, seemingly drained of colour like the rest of her, against the surface she held her breath and waited. What would be waiting for her? After some silence an awkward shiver over took her and she noticed the various groups of people hovering around. Her head flew to the ground before her eyes could focus on somebody's face; she certainly didn't want to have an episode here. A voice called out to her, chiding her timidness, telling her that there was nobody inside, and the last people to leave and gone towards the woods. Quickly nodding her head, and suddenly feeling very claustrophobic, she turned harshly on her heal and sprinted towards the woods. She could hear soft whispers as she jumped nimbly over some object, aiming towards the trees. She let out a cry when she crashed into something tall and solid, or at least taller than her and more solid than her own form.

xxxxWhen her quavering eyes glanced up she found herself staring at the back of a head, and a black mess of hair. The body was distinctively male, and before he could turn her head flew back towards the ground. She noted that, where her body had connected with the solid wood of a bow, there was a harsh sting. She frowned, but was easily able to ignore it.

xxxx"I'm sorry..." she mumbled, her voice soft and timid, yet holding an eerily tranquil quality to it. Even as shifted her head, still keeping it faced downwards so that her waves of short, feathery hair just managed to hide her eyes from sight and seeing. "Are you okay?" she continued after a slight pause, ignoring the new numbness in her cheek, which probably had a red pink from eye down to chin from running head long into the thin wooden rod on the boy's back. He seemed unaffected by the impact, at least from the little she was allowing herself to see, but it was still simply polite to check on his condition after running into him.

Shu looked up at the sky, half a feeling of anger appearing. The reason it was day was his father, a man whom he despised. He sighed internally, closing his eyes and feeling the sun, the light breeze, the absolutely serene feeling of it being safe. Of his life not being about Lee's welfare, Lee's dancing, or anything else of the like. He let a sigh escape him and walked into the trees. He didn't make it very far before someone crashed into his back. He blinked, taking a moment before he turned. He could see a spot on her cheek where she must have hit the bow strapped across his back, and he blinked, walking over to her and crouching down next to her. "I'm not sure that I'm the one who should be asked," he commented. He made a cursory observation of her before his medical degree from college came to the forefront. "Do you feel any sort of disorientation? Can you see clearly?" he asked, as he had noticed how she was lying. Her head had likely hit the ground, and quite hard with how hard she'd crashed into his back. He looked up at the twins, and said softly, "I shoved a black duffel bag under my bed. Grab it real quick?" It was a request, and they could refuse if they really wanted to, but he felt partially obligated to check on her.

When they had gone to retrieve the bag, he looked down at the girl again, leaning back a bit to look at her eyes. He blinked at the extremely vibrant, bright blue that almost reminded him of ice. He almost couldn't tear his eyes away from them. It almost looked like a blue tint in the whiteout contacts that people used all the time, but they had to be real because it was just so...bright. She couldn't be feeling any sort of disorientation with her eyes that clear, could she? He shook his head to snap himself out of it. "It doesn't look like you're suffering any sort of blanching, as your entire span of skin seems to be pale...blanching is isolated areas," he mused to himself. "I probably shouldn't wear my bow on my back, huh?" he asked, noting the mark on her cheek. He cautiously checked over her again, walking around her to see if the back of her head was bruised or at all bleeding. She seemed quite healthy and in surprisingly good condition for the fact that he heard her head hit the ground.

"You seem to have a great endurance to pain, then. I heard your head hit the ground and you don't seem to have anything wrong with you. Regardless, I'll take away the pain that's there," he offered, hovering his hands over her forehead. He closed his eyes. He was very slow with healing, not that he would admit it. His brother could do it far better than he because he was a fighter. Regardless, he knew how.

Withdrawing within himself, he located a powerful light within his core, and made it extend along his arm, the warmth traveling until it hit his fingertips. With a final push, he sent a good amount of it into the girl lying on the ground before him, the warmth and light leaving him to enter her and cure her of pain with its healing properties. He shuddered as he drew back, seeing that she was entirely back to normal as far as appearance went. Until his power recharged - which he never gave all of it, as he sensed something had to stay, no matter the circumstances - he was going to have a withdrawal from that warmth, feeling cold and generally sickly until it was all back. He hated healing for that reason. It never really bothered Lee, and he questioned it once.

"I never mind letting some of the light go. I have a lot of it! After all, Appa light will help everyone!"

"Appa light?"

"Yeah! Eomma said that Appa was the sun, and my light is the sun! If I give a little away, it's okay, because Appa can help others, and then he'll come back to help me, too! It's how love works!"

Naive brat, Shu thought, scoffing internally. He looked down at her. "In any case, I'm Jonghyun. And you are?" he asked, offering a hand to help her sit up. Just to be sure, he wouldn't let her get all the way up. He still crouched next to her, a hand gently against her mid-back to keep her up. "You good?" he asked.

Kai and Kae returned with the bag. Kae handed it to Ji while Kai examined the woods. Huh, I sense a feeling of being watched. Kai mused to herself. She then lifted her violin and begain to play a slow song, that sounded dark but lively, like it was contaridicting it's self. A scorpion exited the woods apon the song hitting a darker note, and Kae shot it quickly. You and your music. Kai shrugged, and watched the scorpion disapper. Hey, I come in handy. If it wasn't for father teaching me the song of drawing, you and I would had starved, or died. She signed. Kae sighed, and nodded in agreement.

Kai then turned to Kathryn. Hello. Kai signed to her, waving. How are you? Kae said, finishing her sister's senctence. Kai smiled at Kathryn, while Kae just stood there, plucking her bow string, it sounding like a gutair. Kai sent a pointed glare at her sister. Kae sighed, and placed her bow on her back with her quiver. Kai set her violin down next to her as she sat down on the ground, crossing her legs. Kae did the same, and plucked leaves from her twin's blue hair.

xxxxKathryn didn't move from her spot on the ground, avoiding his eyes as long as she could manage.
"No, I am fine." she stated, her tone evasive and nervous. She prayed silently that he wouldn't get worked up, cause more eyes to fall on her, raise the chance of her eyes falling on them. Because she was unable to control her powers, eye contact was never really a fun thing for the child of Thanatos. It certainly didn't help that she didn't handle seeing somebodies death very well, either. Unfortunately for Kat, though, the taller boy did just the opposite.

xxxxHe continued to speak, but as Kathryn's glassy cyan eyes met with the dark, concerned gaze of the boy, catching for a few minutes as they just stared at each other, Kathryn tensed. With her hands clenching tightly enough that her short, rounded nails drew blood in her palms Kathryn grit her teeth.
No, no, no, no... she thought, trying to focus and stop her 'episode' before it began, Please, no, not now! Please, oh Father, please don't make me...Her prayers were left unanswered, however, as her body went as rigid and her vision clouded out to black.

xxxxTears began to well, rolling from Kathryn's pale, unfocused eyes and over her whitened cheeks. She had gone limp, almost as though she were unconscious while sitting up with open eyes. Her breathing was jerky, like she was struggling for air, and her cskin and lips (which were already quite pale) paled to the colour of paper.

xxxxAs her eyes come back into focus Kathryn didn't even notice the odd commotion caused by the weirdly coloured twins. Her eyes locked onto the dark eyes of Jonghyun. Tears continued to flow down her face, although now she was aware enough to bring up one arm and quickly scrub her face. The rough material of her shirt like dress rubbing against her pale flesh tinted her cheeks red with inflammation, although her face dropped to try and hide her shame from the boy who stood with his hand on her back.
"I'm sorry." she whispered, hugging her arms around her self and looking up at Shu as though she had committed a horrible crime, "I'm sorry!" cried out, a sob wracking her small, trembling form as she shook her head 'no', "I'm sorry, so please... please don't..." suddenly she went limp in the boy's arms, emotionally and mentally exhausted.

The demigod of the sun blinked as he held her. As his eyes finally met hers, he saw many things. The first thing that he noted was fear...more panic than anything. Her eyes were wide, and her body went entirely rigid. He blinked at her, silent for a moment before he spoke, concerned for her. There was a sort of cold dread within him, and he felt like perhaps he had done something terribly wrong in his care for her, but what could he have screwed up?

Then she started crying.

It was a bit awkward for him; he had never quite been good at comforting girls, more for the fact that he didn't really need to. People didn't cry over him, because they didn't know him. She was becoming paler, and he set his hand to her forehead, gently checking her for fever. There was nothing; her skin was cool to the touch, which made him recoil for a moment. He frowned slightly, used to warmth. The heat of the sun against his back - something he now detested - was a good example, considering it was the only thing that assured him that he was still alive in this miserable existence.

Suddenly, she snapped out of whatever it was, and when he was about to ask her what had happened, he let his jaw drop at her words. His eyes were locked on hers as she started to apologize. Though he was going to say that it was unnecessary to apologize, he felt that it pertained to something quite unrelated to their accidental - was it truly accidental? The fates played odd tricks - collision. She went limp in his arms, and his free arm wrapped around her securely, eyes not even catching the scorpion, the arrow that pinned it.

Her cyan eyes were closed, and her lack of shuddering alerted him that she was completely out. He sighed softly, shifting her in his grasp to pick her up securely. He carried her into the Apollo cabin, quickly walking back out for his unused bag.

As he walked into the cabin, he looked at her. For the purpose of not inconveniencing anyone, Shu had placed her on his own bed, and he sat his bag down, leaning over her as he examined her vitals, finding that she was just resting. He sighed, putting everything away, and sitting down next to the bed, almost as if standing sentry. He had done this once - only once - for his mother, considering that she wouldn't speak to him and once his brother had shown up...well, he was quite resentful of those two having a reunion. He held an extreme dislike of those who would abandon him, and that included the father he had never known, the father that had claimed - and personally talked to - Lee.

Lee was more important, and no matter how hard her try, nothing would change that. He needed to keep this in mind, even though he knew it would be a depressive realization that could lead to self-abuse through not eating or resting. It was simply how he was. He hadn't even been able to sing or dance since his brother's "disappearance" for how hard he tried to get more attention. No one would look at him twice, even here, because his brother already had friends, had already garnered the attention of the people here.

However, Apollo had passed more on to Shu than could be expected. There was, first off, his deadly aim. If he wanted to, he could hit anything within 100 yards, assuming he could see that far. He liked to hunt and shoot things, but had always found a preference to archery since he met a friend with a bow and arrow. Shu was also very warm to the touch, and he could emit bursts of heat, not to mention his temper was quite violent. Not many dared to go near him, and this was half of his problem.

However, his brother was a proficient healer, where he couldn't heal too well by "magical" methods. He had a degree in medical science, and he could easily patch someone up, but when it came to using Apollo's power for anything other than destruction, there was no way that he could keep up. It made him seen as a monster on more than one occasion at the school, able to hit someone's head with the sharp corner of a book hundreds of times over, never missing his target, yet unable to heal the cut that would come from it.

Shu sighed, not even paying attention to his "sisters" as he regressed into thought. The problem here was the Olympians. They neglected their children, refused to teach them control, and got the children in trouble for this reason. If he wasn't a son of Apollo, if he was normal...maybe he would have been the star as opposed to simply support. It was a curse to think about the what-ifs, but wheels started to turn at the simple statement.

It was the Olympians' fault.

A path was set before Shu, one with twists and forks. Now, he walked toward the first fork, the consequences of his actions to far away to grasp, and as he made his choice, his death was set and he was forever doomed to move forward...Never could he undo this mess that he was about to get himself into.

|| OutOfCrazy Sorry, just got around to replying ^^; Hope you enjoy. I kinda felt like I was BSing this, but I couldn't think of doing anything other than laying the foundation for the new guild, which I am almost done planning~! ||

xxxxAs soon as the world went black, Kathryn lost all awareness. She didn't feel herself be lifted in Jonghyun's strong, careful arms and she didn't feel it when she was gently tucked into a worn mattress to rest. For hours she laid still, her usually shallow breathing occasionally coming out in a slow sigh. Her pale flesh held no colour, and her dark hair was spread around her head, like an old-fashioned halo of black darker than night. It was just over five hours before her cyan eyes slowly opened, dazedly staring at the unfamiliar ceiling above her.

xxxxHer eyes itched from crying, and she slowly propped her stiff body into a sitting position. Using one hand to hold her sore body upright, she used the other to wipe her eyes tiredly. With her small stature and pale complexion, she probably much resembled a child who had been suddenly jostled from a deep sleep. Bringing her hand back to assist in the bodily support, Kathryn glanced anxiously around the room which she was in. It was unfamiliar, bright, and the exact opposite to the dark realm of fear which she was used to waking to.

xxxxIt was then that Kat became aware of a weight on her legs, and slowly looking down she recognized a head of dark, black hair. Then everything flooded back to her, and fear filled her complexion. How long had she been out? What happened? Is he okay? Anxiously she reached forwards, her small hand hardly touching his head before he was suddenly in a flurry of movement-- Jonghyun shot up, smacking his head against the wooden frame of the bed above them and Kat quickly recoiled her hand-

xxxx"S-sorry." she said in a timid, terrified tone, "I was j-just afraid that you were..." and with the memories came the tears. She quickly brought her hands up, curled inside the long sleeves of her black sweater-dress, to wipe away the salty liquid as she tried to swallow her panic. "I'm sorry." she apologized again, although this time it was in a mournful voice, reminiscent of the tone she used before she passed out, "I- I saw something that I have no right to see." she mumbled, her sad eyes turning towards the messed sheets in a habitual gesture of timid fear. The groomed habit of avoiding somebody's eyes.

xxxx"M-My name is Kathryn." she said, suddenly, her voice quiet and smooth, "Kathryn Arlovskaya. M-my father is Thanatos, and because of that I see things when my eyes meet with, well, the eyes of anyone else." she swallowed, pulling at the hem of her sleeves in a distracted, uncomfortable gesture. "Earlier, when you tried to help me..." her voice died out, and she flinched, bringing her knees to her chest and resting her face behind her knees. "Earlier... earlier when you were trying to make sure I was okay, our eyes met." she stopped, her voice halting suddenly as a large bird dove out of the sky and snatched up some small rodent outside, the sudden ending of life sending a jolt of pain through Kathryn's eyes. She shuddered, then tried again.

xxxxEarlier when you tried to help me, and our eyes met, I saw everything." she let out a sigh, the stress and tension building up inside of her, "From the day you were born, to now-- everything with your mother and your brother..." her voice jumped as a hiccup rose to her throat and tears spilled down her face again, "The loneliness and then... and then your..." her voice died out, and the closing to the phrase was hardly above a whisper, "and then how you die..." she hugged her knees closer, afraid to look up. Afraid to see the effects of the Pandora's box which had been opened for her. "I'm afraid," she admitted to nobody but herself, "I'm afraid because now I know you, and I don't want to have to watch you die twice. I can't... I don't want..." her voice died out again as silent sobs shook her small form. She was like a child waking up from a nightmare. In many respects, she was like a child waking up to a nightmare. And there was nothing she knew that she could do to stop it before the worst happened. Twice before she had seen the way somebody was supposed to die, and twice before it had happened. She didn't want it to ever happen again. "I'm sorry." she whispered again in her weak, wavering voice.
