Ares
The god of war.
Symbol of Power: Ancile, a sacred shield
The Ares cabin is a shoddily built wooden shack, splashed with red paint all over. Over the top of the cabin is a crudely painted hog's head, and spears are stuck in all over with rope tied around it to form a fence. The inside is cots on concrete, and there are certainly not enough cots for all the campers.

This would be home for who knows how long. He laid his things under one of the empty bunks and laid down to take a nap.It's been a long trip.  M I R A S C A R L E T Mira walked into the cabin and glanced around. The walls were red and everything looked as if it had been slapped together. Just some dingy cots in the room. No real colors. This place looked as if it had been a battlefield itself. She looked down at her clothes. A few days before they had been so nice, but now they were all dirty and smelly. She didn't suppose a camp had a laundry service. She sighed and once more cast a glance at the cabin. “It IS the cabin of one of the Olympians. And I AM the daughter of Ares. So I guess I'd better suck it up." She wasn't very fond of the cabin or how there were just cots to sleep on but she knew this was it. The place she was going to stay all summer long. She threw her bag beside a cot and poked her head out the doorway. There were eleven other cabins here. But more farther off. Outside the cabin looked even worse. But she didn’t want to complain. She knew the gods hated people that complained. She walked back inside and lay down on her cot to rest.

Anyways, sorry to call you out again, but our guild recently reinstated more requirements, and one of them being a literacy requirement which requires each member to have more than 250 words in a post, and I see that you only have 40. We're not trying to pick on you, and I feel so bad saying this already, but yeah - captain's ruling. If you could bump it up, that'd be great~ We're trying to make this a more literate based role play, and scare away the illiterates who do one liners. Again, sorry for calling you out, and if you'd fix it - that'd be great. If you need some tips, just PM me & I'll help you out. For your situation, for example, you could bring in what the cabin looks like, how Mira's dressed, etc, etc - really, there's a ton you could expand on. Sorry again! I hope I haven't made an enemy out of you > A < But yeah, if you're still a bit confused - there's a guide for roleplaying on the main forum thing. I think it's titled 'Role Playing Advice'
