Well, we haven't done much for the things on the Future Updates, but we have been hard at work fixing issues we've seen since the beginning of roleplay. If anything gets patched, including things from the Future Updates sticky, what was changed and where you can find the edited version will be located here. It is your responsibility to check here to keep up with patches.
1. Sensor Specialty.
The sensor specialty was giving the people with it a serious advantage against Assassins: it made them +1 rank higher compared to [stealth] and doubled the range where the skill is not effective, so sensors could detect the location of any assassin within 90 feet. That is unacceptable, and it has been nerfed appropriately. The information sensors acquire from detecting chakra signature has also been updated. Go see the new edits in the attribute/specialty topic in the starter forum.
2. Sensor/Stealth paired with Chakra Control
The stealth and sensor specialties now have boosts for when they are paired with Chakra Control. Go to the attribute/specialty topic in the starter forum to see them.
3. [TRAIN]
Every post of [TRAIN] now has a cost depending on your rank. The exact numbers are in an announcement in the main forum.
4. Jutsu Caps
There is now no limit to the number of E-rank techniques you can learn, so long as you train for them and have the corresponding elements. You can also learn all non-elemental E-rank techniques.
Also, when creating custom jutsu (ninjutsu/genjutsu/seals/single taijutsu techniques), you can create 2 private custom techniques that are not open for training to the general public and do not count toward your technique total.. You can move one of these jutsu to the public list if you want to make a different private jutsu. Any techniques not in the private jutsu count as public and will be put on the public lists.
5. The explosive clay/explosive touch bloodline.
It is now available for public use. It is located on the second page of available bloodlines.
6. There were five techniques (Fire Release: (#0) that were removed from the katon list. Because of their flexible nature, we have to decided that we will incorporate them into an existing or new bloodline instead of having them up for public guild use.
