The Gryffindor Common Room is gaurded by the Fat Lady. The entire room is draped in Gold and Scarlet. There are several tables for the students to do their work and there are several couches and chair. The fireplace gives off a constant heat.  House Members:

 Kurai walked into the common room, "Well this is lovely...I definitely won't be writing home about this." she said to herself setting her bags down. "Looks like I'm the first one in here..." she said sighing.

Cressida Mitchell Strength of a lion
Loyal to the core  Cressida smiled as she walked up to the Fat Lady. "What is the password?" The Fat Lady asked. "Dobby"The door swung open and she traveled her way into the Common Room. Kurai was in the room looking around. "Hey! Kurai!" Cressida was only a two years younger than Kurai and the Gyrffindor House was generall a small house.  Brave to a point

Kurai looked up and smiled, "Hey Cressida, did you make dorm leader again?" she asked standing up, "My parents are going to send a howler again if I tell them I'm in this house, I just know it. You know how snakey my parents can get..." she said laughing at a house joke.

Loyal to the core Cressida rubbed the back of her head. "Yea I'm a prefect." She showed Kurai her badge. Walking over and slinging an arm around her shoulders she laughed. "Don't worry 'bout your parents. Just tell them you made it safetly to Hogwarts and leave your house out it." Smiling she wrapped a hand around her trunk. Motioning to the Girl's Dormitories. "Would you like to escort me to my room? You can sneak a peak into the Prefect's room.""Hey! Kurai!" She was only a year younger than herself and the Gyrffindor House was generall a small house. Brave to a point

Kurai grinned, "Why not Miss Prefect? I'd love to escort you and have a look." she said heading toward the girl's dormitories. "As for the mess of my parents...I'll just say Erol got a hold of my letter and lost it again." she said giving a sly smile. "It's not like he hasn't lost several of them already..."

Loyal to the core "Ohhh. Very smart of you." Grinning she opened the door to her dormitory. "Wow." She breathed eye widening. It was beautiful. A large fullsize bed with scarlet covers and gold accents. The rug was a deep red and the walls were dark red with designs in gold. "Holy. Grindylows." Brave to a point

Kurai chuckled, "Why else does Gryffindor fit me so well?" she asked giving a sideways grin. Kurai then poked her head into the room, "Oh my...well by the witch's cauldron..." (I think I'm 4th, your 5th right?)

I got it! Dobby," Aubrey said. The door swung open and Aubrey made her way into the Common Room. "Hey, Cressida and... Kurai, right?" she said. She walked over to the couch in front of the fireplace and sat down. "It feels so good to be back," she sighed.  ♪He didn't let the Quaffle in

penolope walked into the common room. there were only afew people there. people penolope didnt even know by name.
they didnt seem to notice penelope standing at the door. for a moment penelope thought shed walk past to one of the red couches and read. (this is what shed usally do) but before she had come to hogwarts this year shed decided she was going to start knew. make some friends, and not have her head in a book all year like last year. so she figured why not.
" trying out for quittich are yu?thats nicee, i think ill try for seeker. i doubt ill get in, but its worth a try" smile , penelope interupted, overhearing there conversation.
