Thomas was created as an experiment to copy life from extinct organisms. Originally he was know as Experiment: Shapeshifter. He was an organism that greatly resembled sludge in the way that it looked After a few successful tests the scientist who created him began to notice a bit of intelligence in the forms it was taking, not just a mindless creation. Eventually the scientist gave Thomas a cadaver to absorb as part of one of the tests. He absorbed and took the form of the cadaver, but showed that it also copied all organs that the being once had, making an exact replica of the human brain. While it's intelligence was only on par with a new born, the scientist saw it as a huge step in the field of science. The scientist began to teach it's new human form, naming it Thomas, and over the years it began to show that it could learn. 20 years after it's creation it had an extremely high IQ, and boosted in it's ability to know most information about many species of animals, due to it's ability to absorb and know how almost every organ in his being worked. The scientist who created him eventually became sick, and being close to death, gave Satheria Academy his creation for education the students there, due to the high intellect it possessed and to actually teach Thomas more about social interaction.
