Sometimes. The previews make up stuff that doesn't actually happen in the show.

I agree,this year was the worst with degrassi and their previews/promo and stuff only because they played it non stop,give everything away,put drama that doesnt ever happen in there.

The previews make the show seem more exciting than it really is to get people to want to watch it. Nobody is just gonna lay out what's gonna happen all boring like in a preview. It's gonna be fast paced and crazy, which is what they are.

The commercials don't reveal anything really, they make you think about what's gonna happen. They do it so you want to watch more. They also create stuff that never happens but make you think it's gonna happen to get you into it even more. XD
I like the way they do that because it's kinda funny to see how it really goes down. =O

I do believe that the creators of Degrassi know that they are running out of intreaging storylines. This makes them nervous that their fanbase will be lost so in the promos the put eli and imogen and jake and clare because that is what people are really interested in at the moment, but it turns out the episode isn't that epic and eli and jake dont fight for clare and creepy imogen just stalks clare and eli and eli doesnt notice or care. I really need some passion and sparks happening between clare and eli some jealousy about their new relationships. Anything except for this hatred!
Sorry I sound very serious but I am not too serious about it lol I just wanted to use big words... heart

Ehh. Most shows I watch have previews like that, so I'm pretty used to it by now.
Editing the clips to portray something different is a producer's specialty.

There okay, they just make everything seem so dramatic and then when someone watches it, it's like, "This isn't dramatic at all!"
