i had some questions about the art gallery last year i didn't really get a chance to go and i kinda got lost sweatdrop so i was wondering what is really the art gallery all about is it just like the dealers room where they sell random anime stuff or is it more of like a panel where you meet the artist and talk to them and such was just wondering and if anyone wants to meet up at otakon just ask me for contact info and we can meet up on one of the days =D

The art gallery is where people sell their artwork, whether it's pictures or plushies, or whatever.
So your first guess would be most accurate.

I love Artist Alley. I have almost as much fun in there as I do in the Dealer's Room.
If you don't know where it is, it's behind the staircase that's on the way to the Dealer's Room. It took me a while to find it since they re-located it. sweatdrop

Most of my money usually goes to the AA. They sell lots of neat handmade stuff like Buttons, Prints, Posters, Kimonos (I saw this on the AA chart), Purses, Plushies, etc.

I love the artist alley. Plus seeing all the different style drawings, and paintings.
I know in previous years they had someone do a gaint drawing paper on the floor. but he wasn't there last year
