Hi, I'm an Art Education major, so I hope my comments aren't too harsh. ^^;
You've got a really good foundation- you're not drawing stick figures, and your characters look like who they're supposed to be- and you make really clean lines, which is a great way to start. Also, you've got a good eye for color- Congratulations, that's the hardest part of art.
However, if you can, you should invest in some anatomy books. That will help you with your perspective (which is actually quite good for someone who's never had an art class). And then once you're done with those, move on to actual books on perspective.
Since you're going for the manga style, I'd suggest these:
How to Draw Manga: Bodies and AnatomyHow to Draw Manga: Putting Things in PerspectiveThey'll help you develop, without killing your individual style. Which I just adore yours. Your Thailand is so cute!
