Thanks to the Mayor and Headmaster, this town is now completely refined. This is a map that overlooks the design of the city!

Decius Decius walked down the sidewalk, a huge grin on his face. He stopped in front of one store and read the sign. A candy store! If he wasn't busy experimenting on people, he'd be pigging out on candy. Decius' smile widened as he stepped inside the store.

 Decius stepped out of the candy store with chocolate on his ecstatic face and three bags of candy over his left arm. "Candy, candy, candy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joyment must be packed in the little bits of sugary goodness, no?????????????" he laughed to himself and unwrapped another chocolate bar.

Smallish flyers are wafting on the breeze through the streets. Most read: "That nasty little nightmare tart, 'Kraye Jack' has been spotted in the town at night!
Start searching around for bat-flower bulbs to hide under your pillows at night, or she'll haunt your dreams!"
others are simply blank. All are labeled with the Neighborhood Watch's stamp and crest.

Noticing a paper blowing in the breeze, Decius tilts his head and grabs it then reads it, his smile never faltering. In fact, his smile widened when he finished reading it. "Dreams that are haunted?????????" he beamed and crumpled the piece of paper up. "I must know how that works!!!!!!!!!!!" he laughed like a mad man and wiped his mouth with the paper then tossed it over his shoulder.

KrayeJackKraye was randomly travelling through shadows behind things, when a crumpled piece of paper hit her in the back of the head.
What the f...
She un-crumpled the paper and read the message to herself.
The following string of curses has been omitted, but the gist is essentially that she is not happy with the good peoples picking her bat-flowers. If you stay on the paths and loiter in the sun..
You'll never find her.

The happy-go-lucky psychopath strolled down the sidewalk and tossed the wrappers of his candy over his shoulder. "I shall go to the school of kids, no???????????" he asked himself and looked up at the academy from where he was, his head slightly tilted while in the middle of the sun drenched road.

She was being bombarded with trash, and she did not care for it.
So, she began tossing bits of garbage back in direction of the onslaught. If you stay on the paths and loiter in the sun..

Decius tilted his head in the opposite direction when he saw a candy wrapped going in his direction. He nonchalantly caught it and opened it. "What is this??????????????" he said, his head not tilted anymore. "A wrapper of held sweets with no sweets?????????????????? Why is this???????????" he smiled and looked over in the direction it came from.

KrayeJackHer unintentional hiding spot behind some trash cans served the deed well.
She stayed hidden, and tossed various other articles of waste. If you stay on the paths and loiter in the sun..

Decius smiled as he watched the trash can shoot out trash. Dodging the crumbled wrappers, the smiling pyschopath walked up to the trash can and looked at it. "My mind was telling me that it was the holder of trash that threw candiless paper at me, but that is not so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he laughed to himself and leaned farther to see the girl throwing trash. "Throwing sweetless paper for sweets makes you lose at, how you say, Hide-'n'-Seek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he tilted his head.

-Desmond- Desmond's cab had finally arrived in town. The drive up had been pretty boring, mostly since the cab driver wasn't much for talking. He got out of the cab and handed the driver the pay for the ride. "Thanks dude!" He said quickly before the driver sped off. "Man, people are just so anti-social these days." He said as he threw a backpack over his shoulder. "Now, to find that academy place."

"Hello?????????" Decius tilted his head the other way and waved his hand in front of the girl's face. "Is the treatement of silence what I am being given????????????????????" he beamed and looked around. "You!!!!!!!!!" he smiled over at a man that came out of a cab. "Yes, yes, yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk to the girl that hides behind the can of trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" he said and pointed at the girl. "She will not give you a treatement of silence, yes?????????????"
