Hi again,

These books were great!!!
Vladimr is guy that's half vampire with a full load of problems. Someone is stalking him and killing people along the way, his teacher goes missing a strange sub takes his place. The sub knows his secret, his dream girl likes his best friend. His parents are gone, and a whole lot more. I loved all of the books. blaugh

How did you hear about the series?

Would this make a good movie? Some people have said no since it would ruin their personal image of Vlad so it should be an anime instead. Any thoughts?

I haven't read anything in this series. I was browsing Amazon.com one time and I stumbled across them.

My brother isn't really a big reader, but my family and I are trying to influence him to read some books for fun. Do you think a person who struggles with reading would enjoy this series?

I love those books. though im still loking for ninth grade slays i think it would be better as an anime cause a movie would make him look way more different than i think he is. biggrin

I read every single book and loved them all, I like Vlad the best and Henry the second best. mrgreen I have to say I WAS a little dissapointed about the ending of 12th grade, simply because it was a happy ending. I was hoping for something a little more.... "original", if you will.

But did any of you like Joss? (the slayer) Because Brewer is coming out with a series just for him, I've seen book 1 on shelves already and almost bought it but didn't...

On the topic of movies, I'm not that much of an anime fan. I used to be but, eh. Styles are getting so generic now. Whether it was an anime or a movie, I think my images of each of the characters would probably be shot to death, so I don't really care, other than the fact that the anime would have more time to get into plot, and would thus (hopefully) follow the books more closely.

As a side note, does anyone picture Vlad as he is on the cover of the books?
