There is a huge ant sticking out of the neck of a bee, stuck between my patio door and my screen. It is CONTROLLING THE BEE'S LEGS.
Wtf?
I am trying to get it to leave, but I'm also pretty worried that it will make the bee more likely to sting, so I'm a bit freaked out.
Also, it's disgusting.
I tried googling it, but only found one reference of an insect parasite in bees, and this doesn't look like it.

I don't know much about insects, but maybe the ant is trying to kill the bee? It could be trying to sever its head or something.
And yes I agree the image is kind of disgusting and freaks me out as well. Nature isn't always pretty! ^_^;
