Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone would like to do a Warhammer 40k RP i've been wanting to do one for awhile but no one seems to be able to grasp the idea of it. so i was wondering if people wanted to give it a go.


The three i wanted to do were:

Dark Heresy the players assume the role of a group of Acolytes working for an Inquisitor, who sends them on various missions. Depending on the type of mission, the gameplay can involve investigation, combat, intrigue, or a number of other genresAs the players work for an Inquisitor, most missions involve rooting out heresies or matters relating to them, but the breadth of the game allows for many other missions, including wiping out dangerous gangs, gathering evidence of corruption, dealing with alien threats or eliminating rogue psykers.

Rogue Trader players take the role of a Rogue Trader and his or her crew as they operate outside the boundaries of the Imperium. Basically privateers doing jobs for the Impreium of man. (Aliens can be in this one)

Deathwatch players take the role of Space Marines from one of six chapters: Black Templars, Blood Angels, Dark Angels, Space Wolves, Storm Wardens or Ultramarines. These specialized groups are tasked with defending the Imperium from its darkest threats, namely hostile xenos, internal heresy and daemonic menaces from the warp

Naturally for rules for battle and such i will use the core books but as for the adventures they will be fresh from my noodle

Well the least amount of studying would be for Dark Heresy, but Space hulk is basically a deathwatch mission XD

Are you sure it wasn't the Dark Angels? Because the only Honor that the Blood Angels would ever lose was for Sanguintus their Primarch who died in glorious battle for the emperor.
