Hint: when fighting the third Colossus remember that he can use his "sword" at close range and long range.

Did you know?:
With the Force cloak and Mask of Strength, etc. you can kill the first colossus in one hit! lol I have tried this and it does work. blaugh

SHORTCUT: Get to 2nd colossus easy
At the bridge over the place to fight him, if you jump at the exact right place, you will not die. Instead, you will fall in the water. swim up to the big cave and... ta-da!!! 2nd colossus EASY! ~ 3nodding

Use the horse when luring the Tortoise colossus over a geyser. Keep on hitting the horse control button (X by default) while holding the left analog stick to one side while holding down the look at colossus button (L1 by default). Then you'll just keep on riding around in circles on Agrol faster than the coloss's shots fire, and since you're moving faster, the colossus will come for you faster, and you can get over to it faster when it ends up over the geyser.

Yeah, but after beating the game once with all of that stamina, I'm still having trouble getting up onto that one ledge with flat ground that you can get to after going along that little tiny ledge . . .

Hmm. Well, first of all, sir, there is no ledge to rest on during that damnable climb...you get on the wall and you do not stop until you reach the top of the bridge. There is one ledge at the very beginning, which just might be the ledge you speak of, and while you can get on that said ledge, you can not afterwards get back on the wall, making it the most pointless, aggravating, stupid ledge in the game. sweatdrop
Anywho, this is from personal experience and from the guide itself: You can either beat the game four times, or beat it twice, having hunted down and salvaged all of the white lizard tails. Whichever sounds more appealing to you, I went with the tail thingy. ^^
Everyone know all of the horsey tricks Agro is able to perform? Such as the quick 180 degree turn, the sudden gallop, the sudden stop from gallop, or hanging off of his side?

Has anyone played through SotC so many times that the Grip Gauge complely engulfs the entire screen?

I haven't done that, but I really should try. Those froot in that secret garden are definitely cleansing froot and not poison ones . . . for the screen at least.
` I also wonder what happens when your health bar goes off the end of the screen. Is it just that you have to take a lot of damage before you can even see it's happened?

did you know, (you probly do if youve got to the garden) that you can cross the bridge you came in on, but you cannot leave, there is a wind that pushses you back.
*horse ticks with agro*
standing horseback: gallop and hold R1 and X
Sidesattle: press R! and X and the dircetion you want to lean
white agro: beat all colossi and get all iems in hard time attack, then press and hold O at title screen.

Actually, I once went on a quest to eat every lizard tail and find every fruit tree in the game, and eat all the fruit (this was before I knew that you could get the lizard detection stone and the fruit tree map), but by the time I had searched about 2/3 of the map my health bar was maxed out. I don't know if there is a maximum for the grip meter, though. Oh, and to say that a methodical search of every nook and cranny in SotC is time consuming is an understatement, which is, itself, an understatement.
