This was brought upon because of an argument between Dakota and I that was about his Squad Ability for Squad 5, and this brought Reddeye into it so after talking with Reddeye, he came to a conclusion so that the balance will still be there so him and I agreed upon it but before we can fully make it to effect we want your feelings on it.
So basically Red told Dakota that his Squad Ability can double the set limit for the Kido wielders for Squad 5, meaning instead Captain limited to 24, their limit would be 48. But in order for this to work, Red came up with a counter set up for spells, basically what this means is that if someone uses a spell depending on the level of that spell will depend on how long will it take a person to regain back there reiatsu they use but if that same person uses another spell before they had time to regain all their reiatsu back, the time would increase depending on the spell that was use while still following the other rules for that System.
"Simple Example: If one person uses a maximum spell in order to fully recover that lost of reiatsu it will take like maybe 10 post but if another maximum is use before the 10 post is up it will add 10 more post to your current number and so fourth"
The reason why this came to be because it will keep things in check and keep people more aware because you know that when you two much reiatsu you will revert back into your previous release or even to the point that you could of lost the match, so this is gonna help make sure that everyone is more careful using what they have on them.
