Yes, clothing. She prided herself on not being barbaric and feral, and so, at a young age, she'd stolen a pair of pants and a shirt off of a clothesline. But, the people who used said clothesline had moved away a few months ago, and the house closest to the woods remained empty. Needless to say, she was quickly ran out of town and hunted. Now that everyone knew she existed, they all wanted to catch her in order to sell her off to science. After a few months of running, she came to the Cirque, and found it a safe haven from the cruelty of the outside world. And she didn't mind preforming, it assured her a place here, where she could stay and maybe make a few friends. Hikaru Kotoe put on her wig. It was time for her to perform. She had missed this, the smell of Le Cirque Lunar, the restless crowd screaming for the chance of someone blowing their minds with tricks. Hikaru had been away for a while (at least in her opinion it was a while), and now she was glad to be back. Now it was time to perform for them as Aya Miiteru, a stage name that she had given herself. A small smile crossed her face as she began to walk out from behind the scenes and onto the stage to begin the illusions.

Hikaru turned when she heard Angeii's words. "I always do," she smiled. She turned to face the curtain which she would come out from when the announcer called her stage name. She waited a few moments until she heard "Aya Miiteru," followed by a roar of the crowd. They were screaming. Apparently, Aya must be a favorite, she thought to herself. A mischeivous smirk played its way onto her lips. She entered the ring and began using her optical illusion tricks, which seemed to drive the crowd wild. A little light trick here, a little card trick there, and you've got them eating out of the palm of your hand....

Hikaru (or Aya, whichever you prefer) took a deep bow at the end of her performance. She had always loved the sound of a large crowd's applause. She had the satisfaction of knowing that she had entertained many people at the same time once again. She passed Angeii on the way back. "Good luck, Boss." She took off her wig and took her contacts out, lazily plopping her slender body down on the nearest couch.

"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Welcome, to the Cirque Lunar! The crowd went wild. "I see our favorite Illusionist has gotten you all ready for the next performance. Good! Here. We. Go!" Sydney paced around in a circle for a moment, then started to change into her costume. She bared her fangs at the mirror, then gave a small growl. The crowd liked to be scared, and so she made herself look as intimidating as she could. Putting on the long wig, she briefly sharpened her claws, ran her tongue across her viciously sharp teeth, then she headed out, tail twitching slightly. She nodded to Hikaru as she passed, "Good job." Then she stepped into the "cage" that she would be wheeled on stage in, then eventually "break" out of.

Sydney nodded to Xerasu, eyes scanning the crowd as they wheeled her out. She dropped to all fours and paced, sending glares and snarls out as she bared her fangs at the people in the front row. With her ears lying flat on her head, she stood up on her back legs and roared, then slammed into the side of the cages. She suppressed a grin as the crowd screamed in fear. They'd really be in for a fright when she started talking.

Was watching As Athena was scaring the crowd. She wondered.
Why do people come here do the come here to make themselves
feel better. Or do they come because it's entertaning. She
thinks they come for both ,but mostly because it's

With one final, vicious growl, Sydney charged at the weak part of the cage and burst out, much to the horror of the crowd. She stood at the edge of the stage and roared, then leaned down towards the front row, smirking at the fear in their eyes. She narrowed her eyes and snarled out, "Is this not why you are here? Are you not entertained?" More screams, and a few chuckles. The man she was staring at seemed to be about to wet his pants, so she growled at him and bared her fangs. Someone far in the back called out, calling her a freak. She stood on her hind legs and laughed, "Yes, that's what it said on the application." Less screams and more laughs. Sydney's show was never the same. Today she felt like doing a bit of comedy, while a week ago, it would have been nothing but the scare factor. She jumped off of the stage and stalked around the crowd, letting a person touch her ears or tail, chuckling as they marveled. She made witty and sarcastic remarks, then turned and headed back to the stage with a grumble when one of the tamers came out and whistled for her and said, "Here, kitty kitty kitty." She growled at the tamer, then stepped back into the cage, bowing to the crowd, "Well, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for my bowl of warm milk and my nap. And if you think this is a joke, it is not. How do you suppose they keep me tamed? The milk and catnip. Goodnight, everybody, enjoy the rest of the show!" Then she was wheeled backstage. She got out of the cage and scratched her ear, looking to her ringleader, "How'd I do?"
