This is the first floor that everyone sees but only izaya and anyone he tells knows the 3 secret switches to open stairs to his basement which is the actual home.
Izaya's secret basement home. on the left bottom floor towards the table is a storage room and opposite of it is his office. upstairs on the same side as his office is his bedroom and across from it is his bathroom. on the right side bottom floor closets to the couch is another storage room and upstairs on the side with the couch is the kitchen and opposite the kitchen is a game room and below the game room is a meeting room. and in the big opening is the living room.

the warehouse is located right at the edge of town by some trees and on a hill. the basement has a large unbreakable glass window that faces out of the hill but can only be seen out and not in cause on the outside is fake hillside that has very very tiny holes that are only see though able from the inside. lol.
