As you can tell, this is where you make your first introductions when you join the guild. This will help every one to get to know you before they run into you in the story. So tell us a bit about yourself, reasons for joining, how long have you been role playing online, and what types of role plays you prefer to do. Things like that. I guess I will start off.

My name is Corry but, every one calls me Donie. I am now 21 years of age an in the navy. I made this guild quite some time ago in the attempt to make a successful RP guild. In time I came to see that a normal RP guild would not cut it. So I revamped the guild to match one of my most popular RPs. I have been RPing since I was 14. So that should give me 7 years of full time experience. lol. I mostly like to do RPs that have some form of fantasy in them. I have never been a fan of real life RPs. I am also a hopeless romantic. So I like story lines that have some type of romance or romantic conflict. I think that is about all there is for now. Your turn. lol

Looks like I get to go second.

My real name is Tabitha (Tabi for short) but here on gaia I have a few names. Angel, Enzeru, Nandoral....the list really does go on for a while. I got started with roleplaying back when I was in middle school, so about seven to nine years ago. Much like our captain, I prefer to be in rp's that have some kind of fantasy feel to them. I've been a normal human all my life, so being a normal human in rp's just seems like a repeat of life. Now don't get me wrong, fantasy rp's aren't the only ones I'll join, they're just what I enjoy the most.
Let's see...what else can I tell you? Well, guess it should be said now that I'm a really nice person most the time, but push my buttons and I'll be the last person you want to know. I think that's about all I have to say for now.

Alright well my name is Joey, short for Joseph. I am currently 21 and have been enlisted in the army for nearly 3 years now. I started rping right out of highschool so about 4 years of experience. I mainly go for rp's with a fantasy feel to them, but action is and always will be a must for me.

Your rl name is going to be easier for me to remember than you rp name since it's the same as my older brothers. I hope you don't mind if I call you by your real name.

I was born one John Asher Derby, and have been reading fantasy stories and writing them since I was in the second grade. I prefer stories with a political aspect, battles over land, resources, and various forms of power, as these are more... real... than a battle that is simply good vs. evil.

I have been an active member of an organization called the SCA since birth, pretty much... lol

I've learned a thing or two about swordplay from that... it hurts... trust me... lol...

I'm willing and able to do work to help the forum, so just ask

Alright, I should introduce myself now that there are more people. Apologizes for now doing so earlier (and for being MIA from the guild), hope to help get this LOD RP guild up off the ground.

My name is Stefan Hulaj. I'm 18 and an aspiring writer who is having trouble getting started, for I have trouble motivating myself. I have a talent for building and creating, though I often lack a motivation to finish my works, a predicament that troubles me greatly.

Besides that, I guess you could say that I'm a gamer. I have no real genre that I'll more then any others, though indie games I find to be more dependable then many mainstream titles.

I'm a part of an LARPing (Live Action RolePlaying) group located on the West Coast called Westfinder, who are connected to a group on the East Coast called Wayfinder. From some of them, I have some sword training (though I don't know how good it is).

I was once a part of the Boy Scouts (though I dropped out when I reached high school and the workload toughened.). From them, I have most survival and rescue skills that might come in handy if the situation would ever arise. Not much use in daily life, I admit, though I get training and practice with using and taking care of guns from them as well, so that's a plus. biggrin Mostly .22, though I have practiced with bigger rifles. Not shotguns though, for they aren't my style.

Anyway, I was on here for a while at the beginning of the summer, helping with the site. However, stuff came up IRL and my own apathy kept me from helping which lead to Donie to demote me in this guild, something which I deserved. After receiving a message about that and getting a message from John asking about the guild, I decided to try and make more time to help the guild as needed. Anything you want me to do for the guild, just ask me.

Sorry that my inro has been delayed... IRL complications (pregnancy problems) arose leaving me away from the computer/internet for a while. Soo... now that thats out of the way how about i tell you a little about myself.

Name: Danielle (Nellie) N. Graham
Screen name/Nickname: ForbiddenLoveForever/Lunaria Von Delacroix (Luna for short)
Age: 21
Location: Alabama, USA
Hobbies: playing videogames, listening to music, role playing, costplaying, mmorpgs, drawing, writting, doing yoga.
About: I am married and pregnant in real life to my college sweetheart. I first got into roleplaying back when I first started highschool. Wasnt really that into it till my later years of highschool to my first few years of college when a friend in Florida introduced me to a Xatchat that did rp.

I later then joined a few rp forums and guilds here on gaia, but no one ever stood to them or they became lax and dull from over godmodders. About a year ago I became overly active in my rp life when I joined IMVU. There I have learned better tastics in my ways of rp and the rules of the t-1 lifestyle.

I can be as detailed or as laxed as I need to be in my rp to better fill my character. Taking them on as if I was them and living their lives. How that person moves, breaths, see's the world. thinks, etc... Yes longer and detailed posts are indeed helpful in best representing and roleplaying a character... but I do not like seeing them to where they are so long that it takes 5 years to read one post. It only then becomes one sided and no one wants to compete or even deal with having to reply or acknowledge the post.

I will keep my posts brief, but to a healthy point... 5-12 sentences is more then enough to prove a point if your wise enough in your words.

Welcome to the guild Luna. I have about the same time zone for starting on RPs. I am sorry that the build up for the guild is running slow but, once we get it started I am sure that you will enjoy the RP. If you have any questions. Feel free to ask me.

I guess I may as well continue the intros.

Well, y'all, online, I am known by primarily one name: Draco. I don't generally give out my real name, unless I know ya and trust ya. Anywho, I'm 22 years old, fixin' to go out on my own, once I get a job. I've been on Gaia a little over 5 years, and most of it has been roleplayin'. I've lost count of how many roleplays I've done. I'm also a singer, a songwriter, and recently started writing fanfiction. The only one I'm working on is based on Final Fantasy 8. Feel free to ask if you wanna read what's written so far. If you haven't noticed, I'm a country boy, raised on Country music and Southern rock. I've lived in Colorado all my life, but I'm slowly gettin' more opportunities to travel. ^_^

Also, I've been an LoD fan for years, since it reminds me so much of the FF series.

Well...I haven't heard anyone use such a heavy country accent since thanksgiving with my uncle a few years ago lol Not that I mind. I may not be a southern belle, but I still have some of my country roots. I'd like to read some of the songs you've written. That is, of course, if you're ok with it.

Sadly, my songwriting hasn't been that successful. sweatdrop I've only managed one really good one that I also have recorded. Everything else hasn't gone so well. crying

In that case, show me the songs you seem to be having trouble with and I'll see what ideas I can come up with to help. Granted, I've never written a song for the country genre before lol

Unfortunately, the last couple years have been full of songwriter's block. That one song is really all I have, sadly. sweatdrop

I see. Don't worry. It happens to the best of us. New songs will come to mind some day and you'll be writing again before you know it. When it does, I'll be here to lend a hand if you need it ^_^
