Miku walked up the drive way after getting out of the car. She pulled out her keys and unlocked the front door. She turned the knob and pushed the door open. She then looked behind her and motioned for Shiki to come over there. ... We wont return.~

Shiki followed her in, looking around to get his bearings. He pushed his glasses up, more to reassure himself they were still on than anything else. Having them on was a comfort, because they kept him from seeing the lines. Seeing them told him of the worlds fragility and the ease that it could be destroyed.

Miku Clover ~When we die.. She looked at him and then closed the door behind her. She threw the keys onto the little table by the door, "Well, this is your home now." she said to him, "Kimo, where are you?" she asked before a black cat jumped onto her shoulder, hissing at the boy Miku had brought home. "Hey, now Kimo, be nice.." she said ... We wont return.~

"He doesn't seem to like me right now. I guess I'll have to be careful." Shiki looked at the cat closely, trying to remember it so he didn't try to kill it later. Then he stepped back a bit and looked around the house again.

Miku Clover ~When we die.. She chuckled, "Kiro will have to get use to you. He just doesn't know you very much." she said to him, "Anyways, you hungry?" she asked. Kiro hissed once more before jumping off her shoulder and then disappeared going up the steps. ... We wont return.~

"Ya... Some food would be nice." Shiki watched the cat run up the stairs. Then looked over at Miku, wondering why she had bought him instead of someone else.

Miku Clover ~When we die.. "Okay." she said as she headed into the kitchen, "What would you like to eat, Shiki?" she asked as she grabbed out a sauce pan and then some herb, along with some noodles, "How about some soup?" she asked ... We wont return.~

"Sure, that's fine. Just not chicken noodle, I don't like that one." Shiki wandered around the house, trying to make sure he knew where each room was. He then sat down in the living room and reflected on how his life had changed so much.

Miku Clover ~When we die.. She smiled and then got to work on making some soup. When she was finished, Kiro was the first one by her side, "No, Kiro, it isn't for you.." she said to him.
"Shiki, you can come and get it if you want." she said as she put some into a bowl and then set it on the table. She looked at Kiro and then got out some cat food to feed him as well. ... We wont return.~

Shiki got up and moved over to the kitchen. He stopped as the cat spotted his. They stared at each other, neither really willing to look away. Shiki got his bowl and sat down in the dinning room, never taking his eyes away from the cat.

Miku looked at the two, "You two might want to stop staring at each other," she interrupted their staring contest, by picking Kiro up, "your faces might get stuck like that." she said and then looked at Shiki before taking Kiro and putting him outside. ... Shiki chuckled a bit and started eating. "Well, we'll settle our differences eventually." He liked the soup, though he wasn't sure about Miku yet. He kept looking at her every so often. He almost wanted to ask her why she bought him, but he decided to wait.
