Claw, why would you bribe people with promotions for recruiting people? That's literally a load of crap. People are supposed to earn promotions with skill, not getting crappy recruits that are just gonna troll and be noobs. Think about it.

And you're just boning yourself if you train them to be like yourself. Like I said, you're bribing them with promotions. If this keeps up, or actually starts for that matter, you'll have a bunch of high ranking soldiers who should still be privates or whatever your lowest rank is (I don't know your ranking system.)

And putting people with little to no skill as high ranking officers. Look at it from my perspective, or per-say, my guild. My guild has many elite men amongst it's different ranks, those who have put fourth the effort and earned the skill are in high positions, that ensures a strong leader who will know what to do if higher ranking men are not present. The ones of lower ranks are still learning the skills to resume the leadership of their predecessors. With poorly trained men as officers the guild will crumble as I have watched many meet that very fate, history repeats itself, and if this continues it will repeat with utter devastation.

Even if they suck in battle and will probolly make him loose more, it's his openion.
