I have two OCs that I'm doing an original Yoai anime about. And, I wanna know if someone can help me out and draw them. I will pay, but I don't have a lot.

Here's the pitch:

Kyoukusa, Hiro is a new student at Hinazaki High School. He meets 18-year old Susumu, Yuichi; a talkative, friendly green-haired boy who could talk endlessly without any reply. He seems like an odd match for the quiet Kyoukusa, but when word gets out that the two are together, chaos erupts. While fending off both bullies and fan-girls, a new girl steps into the picture. Who is she? And what does she want with the two new lovers?

OC 1:

Name: Kyoukusa, Hiro
Age: 18
Personality: Hiro is not very sociable and is very difficult to talk too. He usually talks in few words anwsers or short sentences. He often daydreams, and is very shy and bashful. He is also very polite to anyone, even to kids that are several years younger than him.
Appearance: He is very tall at 6'3'', with pale skin,dark hair, and onyx eyes that are shown behind circular, silver-framed glasses. His outfit usually consists of something formal-like.

OC 2:

Name: Susumu, Yuichi
Age: 18
Personality: Talkative and considered immature by his peers, he is more childish than one would expect from a highschool student. He enjoys trying to get Hiro to talk more, and is almost always cheerful.
Appearance: He is much shorter than Hiro, being 5'8''. He has messy green hair and dark eyes. He wears a blue jacket with white strips down the sleeves and dark jeans.
