❝Not much to say. Well, that's what Evelynn always tells everyone. She isn't the type to dwell on the past. She might tell if she gets bored at some point and just wants to talk about herself.

Both Evelynn's parents were very respected for their mastery of their shadow manipulation powers. They expected their only daughter to be just as gifted as them. They started helping her train with her powers at the young age of four. Gradually she grew better at controlling her powers. Her parents were extremely pleased with how well she turned out and showered her with everything she wanted. She enjoyed her life with them but being the adventurous type decided to move out at age 16. Her parents supported her and bought her a house. They've left her alone since and Evelynn loves her life. Though she has been getting bored lately. So she thought it would be interesting to find a slave companion. ❞

Taylinn was born the oldest of three children. She and her siblings lived a normal happy life with their mother and father up until Taylinn was twelve. Her mother was killed by a human and her happy family just fell apart. Her father couldn't live without her mother so he ran into a hunter's path and got shot. That left Taylinn to care for her younger siblings. The younger children soon became affected by a rare disease and died.
