You have always belonged to Wonderland. Inside it has always been, you spent your days there in your childhood, in sweet bliss you had tea parties with the Mad Hatter the March Hare, and the Doormouse. You listened with childish interest to the Caterpillar's wisdom and enjoyed every time you ruined the Red Queen's plan. Wonderland has always been your happy place, where you could dream and live and be who you wished. Your parents often joked with you, telling you that you spent to much in your little dream land, however, since your sister was to old for play time, it was the only source of entertainment to yourself. Then, your refuge began to change, slowly, and enough that you didn't notice until it was to late.

You began to see a shadow lurking about a week before the incident, other than that you only remember one detail. The only thing that truly mattered in your mind was the fact that your parents were dead. How they died was a completely different conundrum. Since the incident, you have had nothing but trouble. You were assumed insane and took a lovely trip to an insane asylum, you were there for ten years. It has been nine months since your recovery and already the hallucinations have returned, or are they hallucinations? You have been thinking more and more of the shadows that you saw those days before the fire and have been trying to remember the cause of it. You believe that there is more to the story that was written down on the death certificate. One day, you are headed to pick up your medicine when you see a pure white cat, intrigued, you follow it. You follow it down a dark alley where these creatures surround you, horrified because of your previous hallucinations, you don't notice the elderly woman that has been blackmailing you approach. As you are talking with her she continually mocks you and asks you to go with her to see her pigeons. You go to help her and she continues to mock you. Suddenly her voice changes and all you see is a deformed creature in her clothing. The ground cracks beneath you and you are falling down, down, and down.
"Welcome back to Wonderland." chides the Cheshire cat as you enter whatever domain you have awoken at. Mixed emotions follow you as you realize that you are back in that world that was once your refuge, where most of your hallucinations began.
