Biography: 10 Year old Leon Tate Was In Raccoon City during the Year 1998, He Was being Experimented on By Umbrella After they found him on the streets scavenging for food.
He Was Injected with a small dosage of the Virus Expecting Leon to turn into a Tyrant Yet It had Not succeeded due to the fact the Dosage was to Small. Yet Leon Went out of Control He had Destroyed An Umbrella Lab at that Point and Fled to the City, and Before the Explosion destroying Raccoon City and all the Infected, he was found by Government Officers and Taken into Custody, After they Found the Tapes of Him Destroying the Umbrella Lab and had been searching for him.
After Years of Interrogation The Government Made A Deal with Leon, Offering That He would Be Free if He Joined the BSAA... Leon with no Options Left, He Had no Choice but to escape, using extreme force and fled from the government.

Personality: Chase will be the first to admit that he isn’t the brightest guy, except for that time with the glitter and…no one talks about that. He’s really more comfortable letting everyone else around him make all the difficult decisions for him, that’s what those big wig executives are paid for after all. That doesn’t mean that he can’t make decisions for himself, though he does find it hard to disregard orders, he’d just rather go with the flow if at all possible, keep his head down, and kill who the boss-men tell him to kill; he’s smart enough to know that he hasn’t lived this long by questioning orders after all. Because of the Nemesis parasite his moods are know to be somewhat unstable fluctuating from playful to that of a cold-blooded killer ruthless in his efficiency, his methods seem strange at times to those not use to his random shifts in personality, but he makes a point to get the job done, he hasn’t lived this long by failing either.
Chase is never happy unless he has something to do so he’s always picking up new hobbies and dropping them just as quickly when he gets bored of them. His favorite ‘hobby’ is pretending to be an innocent person in the wrong place at the wrong time to get close to his target before he gets rid of them. He enjoys playing with his ‘prey’.
Biography: A test subject for Umbrella combining the power of the Progenitor Virus with the Nemesis parasite designed to increase the intelligence and ability to follow orders of select B.O.W. Tested against a line of successful Hunter B.O.W.s. he succeeded in defeating his opponents claiming himself a ‘Hunter-hunter’ after destroying each successive wave of Hunters put against him. After testing was complete however, he decided that as he had chased Hunters all over the place that ‘Chase’ was a much better name for him; he couldn’t have Hunter since it was already a designation for a B.O.W. and it would be silly to use it as a first and last name. Under the name Chase Hunter the former test subject begins work for Umbrella’s Undertaker Unit tasked with removing any evidence of Umbrella’s Bio-Weapons, eliminating all B.O.W.s and any witnesses during an outbreak.
Even though survivors such as Leon Kennedy, Claire Redfield, Sherry Birkin, and former S.T.A.R.S. operative Jill Valentine managed to make it out alive; which meant his mission of eliminating any witnesses was a failure, Chase continued to work for Umbrella up until it’s collapse in February of 2003. With Umbrella gone and no other life to return to that he could remember Chase would sell his talents to the highest bidder as a mercenary, usually for former Umbrella executives aware of him and his abilities.
Chase knows that it is thanks to the Nemesis parasite that he was able to keep his human intelligence rather than becoming a mindless zombie, a fate that would later befall many during the multiple viral outbreaks both intentional and accidental. He is also aware that if the parasite has an incompatible host, the host will die in a matter of twenty minutes at the most. What Chase isn’t aware of is the parasite enhancing susceptibility to suggestion making him easy to manipulate.

Faction: Umbrella Pharmaceutical, Inc. Research Department
Personality: An idealist, Noah fully believed in the work he was doing for Umbrella. He lacks the need for public recognition that many of his fellow researchers strive for and focuses his entire attention onto his work and his family. Very little escapes his notice, he studies every action carefully before moving making him slow to act but difficult to catch. In general, Noah is trustworthy and loyal, but ruthless in reaching his goals having little to no difficulty in implanting the Nemesis Parasite into various test subjects despite the high fatalities. Noah is well aware of the flaws in others as well as himself and sees the irony of the situation all to clearly.
Biography: Noah is a researcher for Umbrella, due to his lack of concern for public recognition, he was placed in charge of what they call the ‘NE Progenitor project’. Noah directly oversaw the experiments on the subject that they now call ‘Chase’ and the small number of other successes he refers to as his ‘siblings’, as well as several hundred failed projects before hand. It was Noah who allowed the subject to chose his own designation once he was deemed successful, and it was Noah who would personally see to the disposal of the failures.
During the incident in the Arklay Mountains, Noah had his family, consisting of his wife and teenage son, relocated far away from Raccoon City and the dangers it represented to keep distractions to a minimum while he continued his work. The same time the S.T.A.R.S. were used to gather data in the mansion Noah was running the last few tests on Chase. In late summer of 1998 Chase was deemed a complete success and sent off to join the Undertaker Unit, with the other subjects following soon after. With the experiments complete and the procedure finalized he could call his family back to Raccoon City; however, before he had the chance to send for them the entire city became a biohazard. It is unlikely that he will make it out alive. Given his involvement in bio-weapon research, Noah is in rather good humor about the situation fully appreciating the irony of it all.

Personality: Sean is first and foremost a realist, sizing up a situation and acting accordingly he rarely falls prey to false optimism and isn’t used to sugar-coating his words. Any attempt at ‘sensitivity’ tends to come off as awkward and forced. He holds himself and others to very strict standards. Sean doesn’t mind being in the line of fire but he prefers to wait for an opportunity and counter-strike
Biography: Sean’s father was a researcher for Umbrella during the Raccoon City incident. Sent away for a time so that his father could work in peace, both by not having to deal with his wife and son and not having to worry about them becoming victims of the so called ‘Cannibal Killer’, Sean was spared the horrors of the viral outbreak in 1998 but lost his father during the incident.
After Umbrella was finally exposed, Sean realized the type of work his father must have been doing and joined the BSAA at 21. If his father helped cause the current Bio-terror then it must be his job to clean up after him.

Biography: she was abandone at the age of 10, when her parents were murdered right infront of her eyes, at the ag of 12 she was sent to Real Jail and killed 24 other inmates while she was locked up, one night there was a garued that had a huge chunck takin out of his neck, and then zombies overtook the prisone she got out and took some sweet weapons with her, she likes to go on zombie massacares cause no one could cross her, when albert wheasker noticed her potential, thats when she was drugged and injected with the Progenitor virus and All hell broke loose when she escaped

Personality: A quiet man unless he feels needs to be said, and then it's no-holds-barred. He is brave, stoic, determined, and very headstrong. He lives to serve and protect. However, he does have a dark side. He can be very obsessive, such as his desire to bring down Umbrella, and once he sets his mind on something it's nearly impossible to get him to change course. Adel is a man who can't just let things go, and will dwell on them to a point where it starts to become unhealthy. That being said, he also has a very compassionate personality, and a great deal of comradeship with the people he's worked with over the years.

Biography: After graduating from college Adel became a drifter until he met up with Jill Valentine in Raccoon City. He was recruited into the RPD's elite Special Tactics and Rescue Service, serving as Alpha Team's pointman and marksman also intel man. After S.T.A.R.S. was wiped out in the Arklay Mansion Incident, Adel decided to leave for reason's unknown until he encounter the outbreak in Raccoon city. He manged to escape by a rescue helicopter before the city was bombarded. In 2003, he joined the the anti-bioterror organization and was sent on a mission to destroy Umbrella's research facility in the Arctic. Presently, Adel is serving with the BSAA North-Western Branch, a unit dedicated to eliminating bio-weapon threats across the globe. He always has his eye open for any signs of Umbrella or Albert Wesker, though he is hoping that chapter of his life is finally closed. Things are never that easy, though...
