Looking from applicant to applicant as though assessing them before the test Lin smiles and nods. "One of the more difficult things to do in a restaurant is cleaning tables quickly and with minimum fuss or mess. We want satisfied customers but if one comes to eat and there are no tables and no one makes a move to clear a table for them they will leave and not return." At this she looks around to be certain you have all heard her, "I expect tables to be cleared quickly and with minimal mess/droppage once the patron has left. Do not clear it before they are finished we do not want them to feel rushed but we also do not want them to keep others from getting in to eat." Hoping she has made herself clear, Lin walks away.
At the end of the event, the person who has the best overall score in all three areas will will this test. However, there is a final note: For days where you only complete a few tables, this will bring down your daily average. However, for days you are unable to roll at all, you will not be penalized.
We will take note if you are unable to roll for many days of the event, though.
