Looking from applicant to applicant as though assessing them before the test Lin smiles and nods. "One of the more difficult things to do in a restaurant is cleaning tables quickly and with minimum fuss or mess. We want satisfied customers but if one comes to eat and there are no tables and no one makes a move to clear a table for them they will leave and not return." At this she looks around to be certain you have all heard her, "I expect tables to be cleared quickly and with minimal mess/droppage once the patron has left. Do not clear it before they are finished we do not want them to feel rushed but we also do not want them to keep others from getting in to eat." Hoping she has made herself clear, Lin walks away.
At the end of the event, the person who has the best overall score in all three areas will will this test. However, there is a final note: For days where you only complete a few tables, this will bring down your daily average. However, for days you are unable to roll at all, you will not be penalized.
We will take note if you are unable to roll for many days of the event, though.

Hong Lu Xing cringed at the sight of a plate dropping to the floor with a crash. Smiling, she hurriedly disappeared to the kitchen to rid herself of the empty plates and whizzed back out with a small bag. Smiling, she quickly made her way to the table and hurriedly picked the pieces into the bag before tying it up and dumping it into the bin. Smiling, she bowed at the next customer and went on her way to clearing the next table.

She had drastically improved! Xing Xing was so impressed by what she can do that she actually forgotten to clean the tables quickly enough. A grunt from one of the customers snapped her out of her daydream and she grabbed the plates slowly and went to the kitchen to let them into the sink. Silently cursing herself for being distracted, she mentally prepared herself for the third table.

Xing Xing squeaked as the small tower of plates (four is too little to be a tower per say but...) she had so neatly stacked up crashed to the ground, causing all the patrons to turn in her direction. Laughing nervously, she grabbed the other plates and hurriedly place them in the kitchen sink before rushing out with a bag to clean the mess.
'That's 5 plates so far', she mused in her head.

When the final table arrived, Hong Lu Xing was tired beyond words. Looks like all that running back and forth cleaning plate debris has taken its toll.
She did not even wince when another plate fell to the floor. Smiling, Xing Xing grabbed the rest of the plates and came back from teh kitchen with another plastic bag in hand. Sweeping it with her paw, she tied the bag and wandered back to the kitchen. She could use some sleep now.

((nothing to be confused about you did fine. I am counting all stuff you posted this morning as yesterday since i haven't put up todays stuff. will finish up yours in a moment post todays and you can do this all again if you wish lol))
