"Wisdom..." Lin says looking at you and the other applicants each in turn, "for the host/hostess of a restaurant wisdom has many meanings. A host/hostess must be able to read not only their customers but the chefs as well and know what foods have been put on special so that they don't go bad. These foods are not bad now but if they aren't sold in a day or so they would become unfit for serving."
"In this test I will be checking your wisdom in the shop. I want to discern if you can remember correctly which items have been put on special for a given day. I am sure you will all do well."

Lin looked at Hong Lu Xing and with a soft smile said "I am sorry those are incorrect. Please try again."
((falcona, you might do better doing one guess per post and letting me reply to you smile that way if you get one right you don't have an extra guess in there - not that it would count against you anyway)

Xing XIng pouted again and pondered. This was hard.
"Hm...Could it be Lo Mai Gai?..." She was not confident with that dish being the special one. That Herbal tea seems to scream at her, but she will try that if the dish she said was not the one.

Xing Xing was frustrated but she did not show it. Smiling she took the time to think. Spring rolls...?
"Cheun Gyun?" She muttered somewhat softly. She'd try that herbal tea next..

That herbal tea is taunting her but it is a dish...and tea is not exactly a dish here...
"Um...um...." she trailed off silently to ponder some more. She was running out of guesses here...

Xing Xing pouted and made a face akin to a puffer fish. Looks like she might just have to go with the tea- no! it is not a special dish! Thinking about it, she could not help but wonder - isn't tea always on special?
Her mind was swimming with tea this and tea that. This was not boding well.
"I will go with the....." she paused. No other choice now...now or never...but that knowing look in Lin Shui's eyes...
"...Lot- Nai Huang Bao?" She quickly changed her mind. She did not mind it somehow, it seems to make hre think more carefully for next time.

Hong Lu Xing wanted to hang her head in shame. She is not in her right frame of mind right now.
"Lotus Tea...I have been thinking about that for a while now so..." She smiled at Lin Shui. She really was insure now that she has exhausted all her guesses.

Lin looked at Hong Lu Xing she looked to be very tired, almost dead on her feet. "Go get some rest now. You will have a new special to guess when you return for your shift tomorrow." With that Lin gave Hong a small hug and a soft smile and sent her on her way.
