It is a small tavern and rest spot for hunters to cash in their work and to get something to eat and to be able to rest and relax. It is on the bored of the town and is run by a notorious dealer named Vladislav.

Pietra had been walking for a while, he latest catch small but all he could do. A small snow sprite. And a noisy one at that. The young boy pulled the warm cloak tighter around him while the sprite screeched in the small cage he was holding. He spotted the place he was told to go. The Snow Maiden's Dive. He was told this is where he could cash in this little catch of his. He sighed and stepped inside, the small of liquor invading his senses and the warmth welcoming him. He walked over to the bartender and pulled down the cloak hood and set the cage on the counter. He had some gold coins he could use to get a meal and maybe a room for the night...

The bar tender patted the cage with the small sprite in it and shook his head, "I wouldn't leave that thing hangin around kid. People here are ruthless and will take it in a second no matter how small it is." He set a glass of hot coco in front of the boy and rung for some soup and bread from the back. "That outa warm ya up. When your done you can go trade in your catch behind those..." The man said pointing to some deep red curtains on the other side of the bar, "...curtains. Don't haggle. Set your price and tell him what you had to do to catch it and sell it off to him like this is the best beast ever to buy."

Pietra sipped the hot coco and nodded to the bartender. The little sprite glared at the bartender and at the teen. He drank the coco down and ate his bread and soup. He sighed in content. He thanked the bar tender and took the cage with the noisy sprite. He walked through the crowded tavern until he reached the red curtains, slightly pushing them aside and slipping in.

A large man sat behind a desk with his feet propped up on the table and a hat pulled down over his eyes. A dangerous aura surrounded him. He didn't stir when the other came into the small smoky room. Bottles on shelves covered most of the walls and a few massive cages and other not so massive cages were set up in the corner of the room.

Pietra stared at the man, his face not changing at all. He took in a breath and took 3 quiet steps forward and set the small cage on the table by the man's feet. The sprite screeched, not liking the stranger's aura. Pietra, however, waited patiently for him to notice someone was there with him.

The man didn't even look up or take off his hat. He continues to sit there. It wasn't till a few minutes later that he spoke. "How much to you want for it?" He asked. His voice was low and deep.

Pietra thought for a moment and spoke, "At least 8 gold coins..." He said slowly while the sprite flew in the limited spaced cage. The raven haired teen just kept staring at the man, waiting for his response.

The man sat up in his chair and looked at the bird. It was definitely worth more than that...
"Okay." He said and handed the coins to the boy and transferred the bird carefully into one of the smaller cages. "Nice doing business with you."

Pietra took the coins and stared at them thoroughly and looked back to the man, "How much is it... to get a room for the night?" He had some money from his last cash in but things these days seem to get so expensive...

"One coin to stay here for a night." He said and petted the birds head through the cage. The bird screeched and pressed itself on the other side of the cage. Clearly afraid of this man and what was to be it's fate. A dead glossy look was in the poor creature's eyes.

"Very well..." He slid one of the gold coins to him. The poor snow sprite looked scared out of it's mind, but Pietra wasn't one to really care. He was doing this to try and save up for a better life. He pulled his cloak tighter around him, still a bit chilled from outside. He may love the cold but the cold didn't love him. Maybe this place had nice plush blankets?...The teen then remembered the flier he had received on his way to the tavern. He fished through his pocket until he found the folded parchment.
"If I may ask..." He began, unfolding the paper, "This auction being held here...you are in charge of it?" Pietra slid the paper over to the Slavic man, waiting for his reply.

The buyer nodded and sighed, "Yup. I run most of the auctions here. Why? you wish to buy one of the beasts or items here?" he asked giving the kid a once over. "What could you possibly want with a beast?"

"Hanny banany~! We're here!" the blonde called out, laughing ridiculously hard when she turned to see his even more unhappy expression. Ah, no to that one too? Oh well, she'd keep trying. The pirate shrugged off his glaring and looked for the buyer. They...Should be around here somewhere....Right? The two traded off looking in all directions, ignoring the stares they received from most everyone in the area. Whatever, Gerdi smirked, they were just jealous.

Vadislav looked away from the kid when the bartender came in, "Vadi...there are two people with a massive scorpion tail...want me to bring them in?" Vlad nodded and the bartender went back out.
He called the two over to the bar. "Hey...you two looking for Vlad?"
