This lovely area is a nice place where people constantly flock to in the world of Youkai Yomi. In ages long pasted when the Dark Knight Sparda took on apprentices he trained them in this location. Though now that location is long since forgotten and paved over, the town that stood where the city now stands built up a statue in honor of the Legendary Knight that saved humanity from the demonic rule of the Devils.
Now two thousand years later, the lingering hatred of Humans and Devils alike is enough to cause demons to flock to this area at night. They in turn cause powerful heartless to be born from their heart.
In the time when The Queen of the Heartless was making headway to rule this world she took this area first and the heartless can destroy demons and recreate even more powerful heartless on their own.
