The Princess Diaries was a movie based off of a series of the same name, by Meg Cabot.
It stars Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews.
The story is about a 15 year old girl who learns that she is an heir to the throne, after the death of her father. Her grandmother, the queen of Genovia (a fictional country) trains her so that she learns the mannerisms of a true princess.

What I really liked about this movie was that Julie Andrews played the queen. She's always been one of my favorite actresses, and she's very regal and sophisticated in this role. She really seems like royalty!
