They are good but they want to keep everything to themselves.... yes there is technology that you dont want everyone to have but there is no reason to keep it all to yourself and not help people

but i have seen them fight they help people with the technoligy there are times in fallout 3 were they help you and in new vegas they give you power armor and the abilty to buy it in their bunker

yea only after you help them for a long quest... you can also get it from the enclave people in new vegas. yes the BOS can be nice and help people it just really depends on the elder and most of them dont want to help. Elder Lyons is one of the nice elders that would want to help... well in new vegas they want to use the helios one as a weapon instead as a power source for new vegas. yes NCR uses the power source for themselves but they do it to help there own citizens and people.

To me the BoS is a washed out prize fighter, trying to relive former glory. They are weakened to the point of extinction. They don't have the balls to get the job done.... they never will either. It doesn't really matter who the elder is in any situation... they are a dying breed who won't give into their outdated, obsolete ways. The wastes don't need them anymore for a much more noble, albeit sometimes corrupt in government, has taken control. The NCR is not perfect in any way... but it is the best shot this world has at order. I'm glad that the BoS were slaughtered at Helios one, overjoyed in the fact that the NCR showed them who is the boss. No one can stand up against the NCR... not an organized faction at least.

Well no one is going to be perfect. even in real life nothing is perfect but it can be close. maybe if a groups would come together and work for the greater good things would be better. but i love the NCR but they need to be able to protect all of there land they are to spread out over their territory

I agree that the NCR needs to get control over the territories they patrol. And no one is perfect... I stated that. But the NCR is my only choice... not House... and definitely not Caesar. The NCR needs a revamped government with better organization, and in time that will come. The NCR adapts in an ever changing world, unlike the Brotherhood. Well my point is I am glad to be in the NCR and not under BoS control.

i am with both the ncr and the brotherhood the ncr has alot of good people in it the brotherhood from what i know just wants to stay alive and be in the world without being chased if i were one of the designers for fallout new vegas id make the ncr and brotherhood join up in the game and take out the legion and restore peace for good that would be cool. what do u think?

you can already do that my friend... you just have to go through a long step and process for it to work... and then the NCR hands over the "power" armor that they salvaged.

well that is because of the NCR BoS war... if you have NCR armor on and thats all you have... get in your scivies and walk into the bunker
