the large spacious home where Lane lives with his sister. there's 4 bedrooms 6 bathrooms a kitchen a dining room and a living room. there's an elevator so Lane doesn't have to walk up the stairs.

Saphira was awoken with a hard shake. "Come on! Get out!" Growled, a rough, and deep voice. She was suprised she had fallen asleep being as she was getting a new master today.
The slave trader took her roughly by the arm, and led her up the steps towards the house. "Ow! that hurts!" Exclaimed Saphira as the slaver rang the doorbell.
Saphira was having mixed feelings about a new master. She had had a couple of kind ones, but her previous one had not been very nice.
She bit her lip, and held her breath as the door to the house opened up slowly.

A young woman with blond hair opened the door. she smiled and said. "You must be Saphira. I'm Deina. come on in i'll get my brother" she said signing papers and pulling the girl inside closing and locking the door behind her.

Lancer Waynes A young woman with blond hair opened the door. she smiled and said. "You must be Saphira. I'm Deina. come on in i'll get my brother" she said signing papers and pulling the girl inside closing and locking the door behind her. Saphira blinked in suprise as she was pulled into the house No turning back now! thought Saphira. She took a deep breath, and sorta wandered around the room. " So.. where is your brother?She was really anxious to meet her new master.

Lane walked into the room tapping the furniture with his cane. it was made of a special metal that allowed him to hear better when he hit something with it. "Hi. Are you the girl my sister got for me?" he said softly sitting down across from her in a chair.

Saphira had a puzzled expression on her face.... why is he using a metal cane, when he walks perfectly fine...?[/] Then she say the bandages.
"Yes. My name is Saphire it is a pleaseure to meet you! Is there any specific name you would like me to call you?" She paused for a second deciding whether or not to ask, then slowly, and cautiously she asked: "Ex..Excuse me sir... Are you blind?"

"My name is Lane. so that's what i'd like you to call me. yes i am blind." he said softly. "I was attacked a few days ago by a woman who thought i was staring at her chest. i had the patch over my good eye so i could sleep in class. the girl in the other side of the circle in the class thought i was staring at her so she yelled at me got up and stabbed me in the eye patch thinking it was my bad eye. she ruined my good eye. but she still feels horrible about it. they replaced my eye with a glass one but i'd rather just keep the bandages on" he said looking down at the floor. "this cane uses sonic vibrations to help me hear where i am going" he said answering her question about the cane.

"Oh..." Saphira was suprised really, she didn't know what to say to him, for she had never have anything so....tragic happen to her. "My sincere sympathy goes to you." She knew it sounded kinda lame, but she wanted to say something. "Lane, is there any specific housechores you would like me to do at this moment? Perhaps clean, or something?" She felt a little sad for him, but didn't want it to express this openly, for she was scared he might get upset.

"Oh!" Saphira saw another chair near his, so she took a seat. "What's like being blind?" She was curious aobut him. He seemed interesting. "Do you miss being able to see?" She couldn't help it, her mind was full of questions; she had never met anyone who was blind.

Lancer Waynes Saphira esyes widened Does that mean you can smell, touch, and hear things like super well? Saphira was full of questions, but she didn't want to be rude, so she restrained herself, from asking a flurry of questions.

"Of course. I can tell that you use pomegranate shampoo and you had a some sort of cereal for breakfast. I can also tell that you click your nails together when you're nervous" he said softly smiling sweetly at her.

Lane smiled and said."You're a little shocked. i am sorry." he looked to the ground and sighed. "It's just people always ask me if i can smell better than most and i tell them what they ate if they showered qand once i did the bad thing of saying this one girl was horny because i could smell the pheromones" he said softly
