Some many of your features have gone without any attention, and now, you have pushed out yet another facebook function. Why are you not focusing on your site? THIS is your home, not facebook. Make Gaia great once more! Show the world what this site used to mean to it's staff and it's users! Fix your home, before you try to ride the coattails of another site. As such...I will not purchase items for, or even use, the face book features, untill the ones we already have HERE are fixed properly.
And these things, these issues you have brought upon yourselves, would be even less of an issue, if you even gave us more than what ammounts to a noncommital grunt! We are not just your users! We are human beings too! We are more than our numbers and our avatars! We are people of all ages and places, and genders! We deserve to be treated better than cattle, ready for the emptying of our pocket books! Why are you doing these things to us? have we not supported you? Has this not been our home too?
Why do you chase us away? You make site changes with little to no initial feedback from us, and wonder why we get mad when you do things we've not asked for. And you wonder why we get upset, when our feedback is unheard, and fallen on deaf ears! We joke how you are indifferent to what we say, and then you turn around, and prove us invariably right! Why should it be this way?!
As one user, I cannot abide it any longer. And shall not. And even if my one voice goes unheard, maybe all our voices, and all our thoughts, and ideas, and hopes for what was, and could be, a great site, shall return. I shall make a change for what I want this site, my internet home, to be. I post this open letter, in the hopes that others will follow suit, and quote it into their own post. And repost it to all their friends, and send it accross the site, from the GCD, to SF, to CB and GD, and on as many forums as we can and are allowed, we shall spread our word, and one voice, and make that change. Show this site, and those in charge, that this place is just as much ours as theirs.

To those reading this thread, I don't know about you, but I have had enough. Please, take the time to read this letter, and then quote it into your own post, and send it to friends, pass it along, spread the word. Even if you don't agree, and think Gaia is running just how you want it, show you at least cared enough to listen to the voices around you, and upvote the thread. Together, we can all be heard, in one loud voice, we have had enough, and it's time for a change.
This thread is being cross posted in both the GCD and SF, But i encourage you to not only respond in these places, but spread the word to your guilds, have them come and participate, and show those in charge, that we've had enough, and we speak in ONE VOICE, ASKING FOR CHANGE.
