How do I vote?-To vote you must fill out a small form and post in the game thread. usually the form is located on the first page in the first post. If you do not use the exact form given, it might count as a strike against you.
What happens if a killer skips a turn killing?-If a killer doesn't choose a victim they will likely be stripped of their role and it will be reassigned.
What happens if I break a rule?-You will be punished. Depending on the rule you broke punishment could range from a warning to a disqualification.
What is considered bumping?-Bumping is any sort of post that is intended to "bump" the thread to the top of the forum. This also includes any sort of spam.
Why can't we bump?-The game thread will likely be a sticky topic so "bumping" is unnecessary.
How do I send anonymous messages?-To send an anonymous message:
Inventory tab>Select an item> Select Gift Item> Fill out into> You should see a box asking if you would like to send this gift anonymously, click the box and then send.
Are you allowed to lie?Yes, but not to the host of the game.

-Basically, yes. Depending on the host you have they might not allow dead to do certain things such as revive via Revive Coupon, etc
When does the Sniper tell the host who he wants to kill that round? The host usually requires the Killer to send their kill any time before the round ends.
Can the Sniper change his kill before the round is over? That depends on the host. But most of the time, yes.
Can the Angel choose to not save anyone? Aloki x
I would say that the Angel is under no obligation to use her powers-- if she wants to NOT save anyone then that is her call. As you know from being a host yourself this is subject to the hosts discretion though. Having a role is a privilege and it should be upheld to the best of its ability.

Technically I would say that they CAN. However, if it ends the game prematurely then as a host I would give the Death Note to someone else and that would logically make sense because if the killer kills himself then someone can 'find' it.
