Story of my Life
Shito was born in a compound formed by the goverment. As Obscura's were becoming a serious threat, the compound Shito was inside was made to test Obscura's and find out their weaknesses where and how they reacted in set situations. Shito was one of the guineapigs that they had raised. At a young age he watched his mother being brutally killed in one of the goverments tests, his father, remained unknown to him, and through out his life, he has been subjected to inhumane tests.
When he turned 10, he was subjected to a weapons test, and in a firing range which he barely managed to survive in, he was made permantly scarred by one of the many robotic 'humans'. Due to the firing range inccident, he has been unable to fully change into a humana.
When Shito turned 16, the compound he was kept in was finally attacked by a group of wild Obscura's, and Shito, crushed beneath some of the buildings foundations, was left for dead. On that day however, after the raid of wild Obscura's had been conducted, he was found by a Unicornes compar who in turn, was also studying Obscura. Her name was Murial.
Unlike the compound he had been raised in, Murial was different to them, and where as they had tortured and broken him, she helped repair him. While at Murial's, he met with another Obscura who she had adopted and been studying. Slowly, the two became friends, and although Shito avoided Murial at all costs, he would never leave [character name] side. Evenutally, when he turned 18, Murial passed away, leaving Shito and [character name] on their own in a world where their kind is hated.

He is somewhat ignorant to how his kind are treated by humana's and is less cautious of keeping himself hidden, this is due to how he was raised.
Story of my Life
Nathan was found as a baby by Murial. After a raid on one of the outside Obscura camps, he was left motherless and alone in the woods. Murial, a scientist who was interested in learning about the Obscura picked him up and gave him a home. She raised him and in turn studied and learnt about them in a very humane way. Treated well Nathan grew a love for Humana's and their robotic friends. From a young age, he has always wanted to be partnered with a protector, and even had dreams of joining a group of 'pirates'.
Life was good for Nathan and eventually, at age 12, Nathan was introduced to Shito, an Obscura who had been rescued by his mother. Unlike himself, Shito was distrusting of the world and setting himself to the task of helping his new found friend, he slowly managed to bond with the boy. The two of them became inseperable, and during any tests they faced, Nathan found that Shito would gaurd him.
Within the care of Murial, Nathan grew to become Shito's only friend, and when Murial died, Shito set out to care for him.
Moving from the old house, Nathan set off with his friend into the humana's world hoping to get them a defensor so that they could live like proper people. He is well aware about Shito's obvious fears and hopes to overcome them with the defensor unit, providing neither of them are found out.
