To whomever this apartment is assigned,
This is your own place. Do with it as you wish, but you must stick to the general floorplan [as exemplified by the pics in the "About the Complex" sticky]. You may have guests over and you may move in with other residents. Keep in mind, however, that every apartment on the first and second floors has only one bedroom. The third floor contains apartments with two bedrooms. You may move to the third floor at any time though one of the management must be notified first.
Again, feel free to personalize your apartment and alter it as you see fit.

Upon standing before the door to Akara's apartment you'll find a marker board. Attached to it by a cord is a ring which has several different colored markers. On the board was a picture of Akara:  Below that on the board written in red was the following: Hi! This is Akara's room! If I don't Answer it's because i'm not home! Feel free to leave a message. Please do not erase my board either! Oh! I've also got a website up now! All about me and my new apartment! So if you'd like to know more and see a bit go ahead and visit Akara's Apartment!!!. Vega stopped at the door just a short ways down the hall from her own room and was about to knock on the door when she looked at the picture on the message board a bit closer. As the artist looked at it, she couldn't help but feel like she was missing something, like she should remember something when she looked at it. When her eyes fell on the burette in the blonde's hair it clicked. It was the same burette that was on the stuffed cat she found.
She quickly returned to her room and grabbed the plush animal from where it was still in her messanger bag on the counter. "C'mon, looks like I found your owner."
With the gray cat in hand she walked back to room 206 and knocked.

She heard the knock upon the door and the clatter of her stumbling about from where she was echoed through the apartment. "oh ouch!" she shouted from inside before rushing to the door. She wore a long kimono robe that slid along the ground around her. Right now that is. Her long hair was bound up and that one clip in her hair was the only decoration within it. Reaching the door she slung it open giving a friendly smile "Hello! Can I help you?" She asked then pausing at the sight of the other there.
Her eyes suddenly caught sight of the gray plush cat and she let out a happy squeal "Saka-chan!!! You found Saka-chan!!" She cried out slinging her arms around the other woman hugging her and nuzzling her much like a child would to someone who had just given them a birthday gift. "My hero!" She shouted out giving a cute bit of laughter as well.

"Yeah, I found 'em ou-" Vega was going to continue on with her explanation of how she came across the plush cat when she suddenly found herself under a very affectionate attack. A blush came to her cheeks as she stood there awkwardly for a moment as the girl she didn't even know hugged her.
"Uh.. you're, um.. welcome."

She continued to nuzzle and squeeze the woman who returned her saka-chan affectionately. She couldn't help her bursts of excitement like that. She blushed alittle then stood up straight. letting her go then laughing softy "Sorry! I get a bit too excited sometimes!" she stated taking the plush cat back nuzzling it affecionately "Oh saka-chan! mommy's sorry! " She stated childishly before looking back to the woman. "Where did you find him? Oh how rude of me! I'm Akara! it's cold outside so you can come on in if you want. " she stated stepping aside.

"Heh.. it's ok." The contact had been rather nice after she got over the initial shock of the suddenness of it. Vega watched the girl hug the plush cat with a bemused look on her face.
"Nice to meet you, Akara. I'm Vega and I actually wouldn't mind coming in actually," she shivered a bit as she said this and walked through the door as Akara stepped aside. She glanced around the apartment for a brief second but didn't move any further into it. "But yeah, I found him on the ground just outside the elevator as I was going to the store."

Akara smiled closing the door once she was inside. "Would you like some tea?" She asked after walking to the dinning table and setting her precious plush toy in a chair there. "Oh! Saka-chan must've falllen out there then. I had to pull the wagon because there was so much stuff of mine to bring in!" She stated nodding to her own statement.
"Make yourself at home! I don't bite!" She stated giving her a cheesey smile then laughing softly.

"Tea would be great. I'm still half frozen from going to the store." Vega grinned and moved to the couch and took a seat. She propped her elbow on the arm rest and set her head in her hand.
"And I didn't figure you one much for a biter. I think it's the hugging I should watch out for," Vega grinned again. "So how long have you had Saka-chan? He looks old."

She gave a cute laugh "Coming right up!" She rushed over to the kitchen and started a pot of tea on the stove smiling and humming a little as she did. She returned to sit down nearby Vega facing her though . She laughed softly "uh uh. I only bite in nice ways " She said holding a finger up and winking then she laughed again.
"Oh Saka-chan is old. Saka-chan belonged to my mother when she was my age now. Her mom gave it to her before she died. Then my mom gave it to me when I was about... " She counted on her fingers "six, to make me feel better after I was in a car accident. " she stated with a nod.
"Have you lived here long?" She asked with a that sweet smile still on her face.

((Wha..? You took like two hours.. took me like four days to post that one.. >_> hehe))
As Akara sat down and continued the 'bite' topic Vega smirked, "Good to know."
She nodded once Akara had finished the story about her stuffed cat. "I can see why Saka-chan is so important to you. If I had something so sentimental I'd be rather upset if I lost it as well," She tucked a strand of her multi-toned hair behind her ear.
"Only a few days actually. College wasn't working for me so I dropped out, figured I'd just get a job. Unfortunately, the job situation isn't working out so well either." Vega shrugged and suppressed a sigh, the corners of her mouth pulling into a rueful smile.
"But hey, that's life I guess. Things should turn around soon. I mean, I found this place and it's been great."

(Ach x.x now i have lol sorry! I was absent ! XD)
She laughed a bit "I suppose it is isn't it?" She watched the other woman a moment before giving a grin.
"Yes, that is why I was horrified ! And so glad that you brought Saka- chan back to me! " she stated in her usual cheerful tone.
"Oh i see! Really ? What is your job now?" she asked curiously. She heard the pot whistling "Oh excuse me a moment. " She stated jumping up quickly and running to the kitchen. A few clinks and clanks and she returned carrying a tray with two glasses of hot tea on them. a small bowl of sugar and one of ice incase she prefered it cool. She sat it down on the table before the couch then smiled "Tah dah! Help yourself!" She stated with a smile.
"Yes! they will ! Just keep your chin up! " She smiled a bit "yeah, i think i'm going to like it here. It seems very nice." she grinned "you're the first person i've actually been able to converse with so far though, but i'm glad too because you seem nice and you're pretty. " She stated all to boldly.

"Ah, well you see, I don't have one. That's the problem." She took her tea and added a few spoonfulls of sugar to it, but did not drink it immediately. Instead she held the cup a moment and let the heat soak into her cold hands. "My own fault though, I'm rather picky and refuse to take a job I know I won't enjoy."
She smiled as Akara seemed so positive that things would turn around and took a sip of her tea. At the rather unexpected compliment, or rather compliments, a faint blush tinged her cheeks but she replied easily enough with a thoughtful expression, a finger poised at her lips.
"Perhaps I should start up a lost stuffed animal service and return them to their cute owners? And as payment? Well I'm sure I could accept other methods besides cash.." Vega grinned now and took another sip of her tea. "But of course, as you would be my first customer, my service comes free of charge."

"Oh I see, Well what kind of things would you enjoy doing? Maybe I can help." She stated with a sweet smile. She took her own tea and fixed it the way she liked. Sipping at it and cooing a bit "I love hot tea! its so good!"
She laughed softly then and sat her tea aside. Giving a friendly smile. She had to admit the woman was even cuter when she blushed. She nodded then and gave a cute bit of a giggle. "Perhaps you should! Reallly? Like what other kinds of payment?" She asked with a cheesy grin.
She blushed a little herself then smiled again "Oh! Well, i'm happy to be your first customer!" She stated with a soft laugh. "I might have to loose more stuffed animals just so you have to bring them back to me! " She stated sweetly smiling.

"I'm an artist actually," she motioned to her paint and charcoal smudged pants. "I've been around to galleries and such, but so far no takers." Vega took another sip of her tea.
"Well, one form I could never say no to..." she paused and gave a sly grin. "Food." She laughed, "I'm never one to pass up a free meal." As they kept up the lost stuffed animal theory, Vega thought that it was most likely Akara would not only be her first customer, but her only one. She didn't think that too many of the other girls here had such an attachment to their plushies, if they even had them, especially not to the degree Akara cared for Saka-chan.
"So what about you?" she thought the conversation was drifting more towards herself and meaned to even things out, "What do you do?"
